We stayed for a week at the Family Holiday Village, three of us, opting for the residence option, as the "little houses" were no longer available at the time of booking. The mini apartment assigned to us turned out to be truly "mini": small spaces, a rather cramped bathroom without a bidet, and centralized air conditioning. Despite these issues, the accommodation was still livable for a short stay. The village itself, however, is an extremely well-kept and clean establishment, with evident attention to the elegance of the common areas. The entertainment is top-notch, engaging, and well-organized, although perhaps a little too targeted at very young children. The staff deserves special mention: always kind, helpful, and professional, they are certainly one of the facility's strong points. The spacious common areas are also highly appreciated, making the stay at the village pleasant. The only real negative is the beach. The coastline is characterized by a large amount of rocks, both on the shoreline and in the sea, making bathing less comfortable, especially for those who prefer sand. In this case, it's fair to point out that this destination may not be ideal. In summary, a well-managed resort ideal for families with small children, with high-quality services and excellent staff, but its beach offerings don't fully satisfy those seeking a sandy beach.

This small resort, located on the Porto Sant'Elpidio seafront, offers accommodations for all tastes, both in terms of location and size. The property is right next to the private beach, with a swimming pool, restaurant, bar, shop, and minimarket all within walking distance. I appreciated the convenience of the services, the well-maintained spaces, and the proximity to the town, which offers a delightful seafront promenade. The overall organization was good, although the staff was only occasionally not up to par, but overall my opinion is nothing but positive. We will definitely be back.

The entertainment and Junior Club service was nothing short of excellent. Kudos to the Young Man Entertainment team. A special hug to Terry and Flavia, who have remained in the hearts of our children, Gaia and Nicolò. The food at the Market was excellent! Thank you so much for giving us such a wide selection of food, and such excellent quality! The same goes for the restaurant and self-service! However, I must admonish the cleaning company that takes care of the garden lodges. Absolutely disgraceful. Shameful. You wait all year to go on vacation and within 10 minutes of arriving, you're already upset because you find dirty sanitary towels in the bathroom bin, left by previous guests. The maintenance of the village, on the other hand, was excellent. However, for me, the important thing is that our children had fun and enjoyed themselves, and that's exactly what they did.

A tourist village where families with children aged 0 to 12 can spend their holidays peacefully, in a civilized, well-mannered environment, respecting the rules, and with every conceivable service. It boasts attentive, yet non-intrusive entertainment, a respectable kids' club, and in the evenings, they delight you with highly original short shows, unlike the usual cabaret or commercial shows. A first experience, but certainly not the last.

We just left after a week at this resort, and I'd like to start by summarizing the positives: above all, my compliments go to the entertainment team. Even though my children didn't spend much time at the kids' club, except a few times, they were always engaging but never pushy. I also found the entertainment very positive, from the foam party to yoga to the master chef making orecchiette pasta—in short, just a few examples to give you an idea—which made everything very fun. The staff is very close-knit, warm, and truly talented, fun, and genuine. Umberto, who is the beating heart of the resort—without him, it wouldn't be the same—and the shows are top-notch! Another positive note is the beachfront property, which makes the days perfect for those with children who love both! Also positive are the mini market, the restaurant, the bar, etc. Among the few negatives, I would recommend putting a little more thought into the accommodations. We stayed in a Junior Suite, which had really bad pillows, ditto the sheets, yellowed wicker chairs in the garden, and a cracked and shaky beam outside the room. In short, a little more attention to detail could be put into it. I have nothing else to say or report; it was a great vacation, and we had a great time!

Just returned after spending 14 days in the Sea family room...amazing! The reception girls were perfect...the entertainment was unique!! Luna, Luca, Ilaria, Helena, Chiara (X2), and all the others...and then the super Serfo and Ivano...a legend!! We miss you so much...the baby dance...the sea...and Holly!!! Thank you so much for this unique holiday!

Our new favorite place! We went there for the second time with the June long weekend and we were happy and especially the children who already in August 2024 had a great time! Entertainment, games, baby club, baby dance, beach pools, good food, family-friendly houses (junior suites). There is everything and for all tastes, not to mention the shows put on by professionals... See Umberto and colleagues. All very kind and (very) patient. Thank you and see you in August! Ps. Last year they also made the children interact in the shows! Great idea!

We stayed at the facility for 4 days. After an unexpected event related to the accommodation, resolved with courtesy and professionalism by the management (Mrs. Martina), we always stayed in the village because "comfortable" with all the activities and amenities nearby. Wonderful initiative for the Boys with disabilities.
