A great place for families with children. We spent a week in a mobile home on July 25th. The cottage was very well-equipped and comfortable. The campsite is small, so everything is close by, with a well-stocked shop and swimming pools. The beach loungers are a huge plus, especially since they're assigned to your cottage. The campsite is mostly Italian; not everyone speaks English, but we always managed to communicate. There's an interesting entertainment program, both during the day and in the evenings, and beautiful dance and theater performances.

Very modern and well-maintained campsite. We stayed in the residence, the cheapest accommodation that still allows you to enjoy all the amenities offered by the campsite. Booking through Booking.com doesn't include the pool, but you can access it for an additional €5 per day. The house was clean with linens included. The furnishings are a bit dated but still in good condition. It's a shame that in September they don't have evening shows or beach entertainment.

Top in cleanliness and organization in general.

Everything was beautiful. The entertainment and evening show were top-notch. If there were any less positive things, the pool water was a bit cold given the time of year. The "lodge garden" accommodations could use a little renovation, especially considering their rental price, and a little more privacy on the veranda. The organization and staff were good and helpful.

We stayed for a week at the Family Holiday Village, three of us, opting for the residence option, as the "little houses" were no longer available at the time of booking. The mini apartment assigned to us turned out to be truly "mini": small spaces, a rather cramped bathroom without a bidet, and centralized air conditioning. Despite these issues, the accommodation was still livable for a short stay. The village itself, however, is an extremely well-kept and clean establishment, with evident attention to the elegance of the common areas. The entertainment is top-notch, engaging, and well-organized, although perhaps a little too targeted at very young children. The staff deserves special mention: always kind, helpful, and professional, they are certainly one of the facility's strong points. The spacious common areas are also highly appreciated, making the stay at the village pleasant. The only real negative is the beach. The coastline is characterized by a large amount of rocks, both on the shoreline and in the sea, making bathing less comfortable, especially for those who prefer sand. In this case, it's fair to point out that this destination may not be ideal. In summary, a well-managed resort ideal for families with small children, with high-quality services and excellent staff, but its beach offerings don't fully satisfy those seeking a sandy beach.

This small resort, located on the Porto Sant'Elpidio seafront, offers accommodations for all tastes, both in terms of location and size. The property is right next to the private beach, with a swimming pool, restaurant, bar, shop, and minimarket all within walking distance. I appreciated the convenience of the services, the well-maintained spaces, and the proximity to the town, which offers a delightful seafront promenade. The overall organization was good, although the staff was only occasionally not up to par, but overall my opinion is nothing but positive. We will definitely be back.

The entertainment and Junior Club service was nothing short of excellent. Kudos to the Young Man Entertainment team. A special hug to Terry and Flavia, who have remained in the hearts of our children, Gaia and Nicolò. The food at the Market was excellent! Thank you so much for giving us such a wide selection of food, and such excellent quality! The same goes for the restaurant and self-service! However, I must admonish the cleaning company that takes care of the garden lodges. Absolutely disgraceful. Shameful. You wait all year to go on vacation and within 10 minutes of arriving, you're already upset because you find dirty sanitary towels in the bathroom bin, left by previous guests. The maintenance of the village, on the other hand, was excellent. However, for me, the important thing is that our children had fun and enjoyed themselves, and that's exactly what they did.
