A refined atmosphere, very attentive service, and a simple menu. The dishes are very good, based on traditional Trentino cuisine. Perhaps a little pricey, but the quality is there.

I read reviews that describe the restaurant as high-end but in my opinion this is not the case. The prices are certainly high, not justified, especially considering that the dishes are the ones you can usually find everywhere and arrive in a few minutes, a sign that they are already prepared and reheated. Furthermore, the bathroom was in terrible condition and had not been checked by the staff for a long time as there was no paper to dry your hands and the hygienic conditions were terrible. In a high-end place, you pay attention to cleanliness. Overall, I didn't like it and I won't be returning.

Located in the historic center of Folgaria, the restaurant offers a traditional atmosphere, featuring interesting photographs and documents illustrating the history of the establishment. It offers a wide selection of local dishes (from canederli to schlutzkrapfen, ravioli with ricotta and spinach, and meat-based main courses, finishing with strudel and apple fritters).

The dumplings with fondue were delicious, so much so that I'd love to make them again. The octopus with zucchini cream and turmeric crumble was also excellent. The strudel was also good, but it just needed a little more time to acclimatize before being served. I'd gladly return!

A high-end restaurant with a vast wine cellar and truly spectacular tartare.
All the dishes are meticulously crafted, beautiful to look at and delicious to taste.
The staff is professional, knowledgeable, and attentive, without ever being intrusive.
The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, typical of the mountains, and the location in the historic center is perfect for a pleasant stroll before or after dinner.
And I've never had such a good strudel, and I've tried quite a few.
Price: above average, but reflects the quality and service. 5/5
