As always, the place is enchanting, maintaining tradition and not to be missed are the ribs. AMAZING...the only flaw in my opinion is the wine list which is a bit expensive.

The atmosphere is dated, and you can feel the dampness. The menu has too many asterisks....Strudel served chilled. Now I understand the reservation system. I wouldn't go back.

A welcoming and well-kept atmosphere in a quaint old restaurant with a stove. Good food, a typical Trentino menu similar to other local restaurants, and reasonable prices. Acceptable service. Unpleasant, loud music. Plastic tablecloth (no tablecloth) with upturned cutlery and glasses resting directly on the sticky surface. The decision to rely on a lengthy and cumbersome smartphone reservation system is questionable (they don't answer the phone but just forward the call).

Maximum customer service, a varied and delicious menu.
I often go to Ristorante da Ugo because I can have a quick lunch or dinner with friends, either inside or outside.
