I had lunch with my family in this restaurant on Monday 30 December. The restaurant is located in the center of Folgaria. A friend who had already been there recommended it to me and I booked the same day via the online service. We were welcomed very well. We had an appetizer of cured meats, then we ordered the charcoal gnocchi and the dumplings with leek... for sweet tiramisu and spectacular nougat semifreddo with salted caramel!
The products were all of excellent quality as were the combinations. I highly recommend it!!!

The Da Ugo 2.0 Folgaria Restaurant is a restaurant that serves Trentino specialties. The atmosphere is welcoming and the service is friendly.
I visited the restaurant for dinner and ordered the potato tortello with egg and speck, ribeye
venison, beef entrecôte and sautéed mushrooms. The dishes were all delicious and well presented. The service was impeccable and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Everything was good, from the food to the waiters.
The only unpleasant flaw: the "plastic" tablecloths. The place is too beautiful for tablecloths like this.
I don't question the prices, but with a place setting for 3 euros, I expect a dedicated cloth tablecloth, and not one wiped with a tea towel.
Anyway: recommended? Yes.

We went for lunch yesterday (4 adults and 2 girls) we had a great time, welcoming restaurant, what we ordered was all delicious!!!
I recommend that if you have to go, book in time!!!

The service and atmosphere was very nice. We had the Canerderli with fonduta which was really nice. Unfortunately the minestra d'orzo had absolutely no flavour.

A truly welcoming restaurant in the center of Folgaria, which manages to convey all the beauty of the mountains with a warm and rustic atmosphere. The dishes are tasty, we had the polenta and porcini appetizer and the charcoal gnocchi with gorgonzola and bacon, perfect for those who love strong flavours. The service is really excellent: the staff is friendly, helpful and always ready to give you advice. A place to feel comfortable and enjoy an excellent meal with a lot of quality.

Ristorante accogliente con due diversi menù. Menù della Strega più "economico" oppure menù con molteplici offerte di antipasti, primi, secondi, dolci.
Noi abbiamo optato per lo stinco con patate , gnocchetti viola su crema di Vezzena e guanciale croccante , il tutto con due calici di Lagrein.
Dolce cheeskake al pistacchio.
Servizio e qualità ottime.
