Conosco questo ristorante da tempo immemore, ho casa agli Altipiani di Arcinazzo e dunque quando capito da queste parti 'Da Silvana'è tappa fissa. Oggi questa polenta fuori menu'al sugo di cinghiale pero'vale da sola una recensione cum laude perché e'davvero la miglior polenta mai mangiata da che ho memoria, ottimo il sugo ben assemblato in cui, nota insolita, spiccano i chiodi di garofano fondenti in maniera equilibrata agli altri ingredienti per un risultato finale dal sapore inaspettato e ricercato. Da segnalare inoltre un servizio attento, cordialità e pulizia estrema, vedi alla voce toilette, bagni strapuliti e profumatissimi, fatto non mai comune e scontato.
Confermo quindi in questo grazioso locale il riferimento qualitativo che ho sempre trovato e ho avuto il piacere di riscoprire oggi.

The atmosphere is very nice, the service is good and friendly, the polenta with ribs is quite good, fettuccine with veal ragù good but nothing special on the paper you can read a historical recipe but honestly nothing special, ditto for the pan-fried rabbit apart from that it was more bones than meat but at that price 5 counted pieces and it tasted too much of vinegar which covered the flavor of the little rabbit that was there, honestly even the prices were a little expensive for quality and quantity I can say that you can eat much better elsewhere there to the highlands

Update Oct2024. We ate some homemade fettuccine with porcini mushrooms which were spectacular! An equally magnificent fettuccine with veal ragout. A green salad, and excellent fried potatoes. Dry, crunchy and soft at the same time. The place is welcoming, dog friendly (communicate by telephone the size and how many dogs you have and if the dogs are well behaved they are welcome. I recommend you take the chestnut ice cream. A real lust. Excellent. 2022 we ate some homemade fettuccine with porcini mushrooms, fried potatoes, broccoli which were spectacular! A butter, a green salad, some seasonal mushrooms

We had lunch on Saturday 24 August. I took a cutting board, unfortunately "narrow" with slightly hot cold cuts (perhaps not prepared at the moment), even though we waited 20 minutes to get it. Two average firsts. I believe that customers must also be satisfied from an optical point of view.
We left full, but not exactly satisfied
