Ristorante Coralì In Varazze

A wonderful surprise!! We happened upon it by chance and enjoyed a wonderful dinner, pampered by excellent service.

We visited Coralì restaurant this evening for the first time: well, I'm only giving it 5 stars because 6 isn't possible. For our appetizer, we had a raw fish platter, which was absolutely fantastic, both for the quality of the ingredients and the presentation, and tempura zucchini flowers stuffed with creamed cod. To follow, I ordered paccheri with tuna cheek, while my wife had a zucchini risotto with red shrimp tartare. All the dishes we ordered were particularly satisfying, both for the palate and the eyes. Note that we were offered an amuse-bouche and a glass of prosecco upon entry, which is unusual in Liguria... An important note: the kitchen is open to the public, and the chef, whom we personally complimented, creates his creations right in front of the guests. The prices are more than reasonable for the quality of the food and the quantity of the dishes. We highly recommend this restaurant and will be back soon.

Oh my goodness, how delicious!!! We were in southern France and Spain for about ten days, then stopped for a night here before returning home. How happy we were to return to Italy and eat at a place like this... I wanted to order EVERY dish on the menu. I was happy with three, but I also tried the ones my partner and my son had, every bite was delicious. I was so pleased... the ambiance, the equipment, the service, the presentation of the dishes: everything was perfect. We watched the chef work from a small window—with the care and attention of a professional artist—and I felt compelled to go talk to him and say a heartfelt thank you. For a moment, I was left speechless—like meeting a true celebrity. I wanted to recommend you go... but maybe I've already used all my words—definitely wrong, since I'm not Italian by birth, but I lived in Italy for 15 years—and even though we had a lovely vacation in southern France and Spain, this evening made me feel so happy to be back 'home.' Thank you so much for everything. Yes, it's not cheap, but it was worth every penny. I left so much more behind eating in France without even a quarter of the pleasure. Thank you, thank you so much, and good luck—keep doing what you're doing. I want to go back and have the opportunity to try EVERY dish. Thank you ❤️

Everything was perfect, I recommend it without a doubt, an elegant restaurant, the dishes are carefully prepared and the staff is impeccable.

This is my third time at this restaurant, and every time it's a fantastic experience: unique and sophisticated combinations, exceptional ingredients, and every dish is an explosion of color and flavor! A guarantee! My compliments to the Chef and all the staff!

Excellent cuisine, lovingly prepared and curated with passion by chef Lorenzo and his wife Giulia, makes Coralì a restaurant where you can discover and enjoy a unique experience in Varazze. Our four courses were excellent, cooked to perfection, with fabulous pairings and contrasts. The restaurant is clean and furnished with attention to detail, and is located on the Varazze seafront, very convenient to the center and parking! We will be back soon and highly recommend it to everyone! *Reservations recommended
