A perfect place to discover and buy high-quality regional wines. The consultant was wonderful – he introduced us to the wines of Trentino and explained the entire winemaking journey, from harvest to the bottle on our table. The cherry on top was tasting the Vino Santo – an amber-colored, rich, and truly magical wine. Simply unforgettable!

Three stars, especially for the wine, which was delicious with every course. The food was mediocre; of the four courses, only one was truly delicious. The restaurant also lacked a lot of atmosphere.

Super friendly staff. Great advice when buying wine. Delicious wine, as well as olive oils and all sorts of other regional products. And you can eat really well right next door. Top-notch. I found the wine dispenser particularly interesting 😂

Mientras exploramos castillos en el Trento nos encontramos con este castillo con un restaurante. IT es un restaurante refinado con un servicio refinado en un castillo en un lago. Pudimos seleccionar una buena botella de vino y disfrutamos de una excelente entrada de faraona (pintura de Guinea). Cuando volvamos a visitar Trento, volveremos para una comida en este hermoso entorno (a 20 minutos en coche).

We went to Cantina Toblino for a tasting. A beautiful experience that we highly recommend to anyone who is in the area! The winery environment is welcoming and well-kept, with an area dedicated to tasting. The staff was very kind and guided us professionally in the tasting, explaining the history of each wine with passion. Along with the wines, we were offered an assorted platter of cold cuts and cheeses and also a taste of locally produced oil.

Amazing place, the food was the best we had in Italy so far. They have a amazing wine feller down stairs, the service was great, the wine is local and tasty! I highly recommend!!

Today we were passing through and, since I had finished my supply of white wine, why not stop at Cantina Toblino? I did some shopping and, since it was lunch time, my wife and I decided to stop. There is no menu of the day outside, so we went by surprise. The very kind waitress assigned us a table and we sat down. The menu also arrived. I was looking for a risotto with porcini mushrooms, tagliolini always with porcini mushrooms but, nothing. The thing that seemed strange to us was that at the nearby tables, some people were enjoying a plate of macaroni or paccheri with sauce that we would have liked too, but the waitress told us that they are for the cellar staff..... I found this rather bizarre. For the customers, only dishes certainly of haute cuisine but, in my opinion, in a restaurant there should also be dishes that are a little more popular, both for children and for adults who do not like more elaborate dishes. I chose tacos but made with strange elements, certainly not the usual tacos that you find in restaurants. My wife had to gloss over firm meat and cheeses but would have preferred what I wrote above. Excellent wine, but as a celredo restaurant I will look elsewhere.

Mio marito ed io abbiamo scelto questo luogo incantevole per il nostro matrimonio. Abbiamo organizzato sia il rito simbolico con lo scambio delle fedi che il ricevimento fra le mura del castello. A partire dall'organizzazione tutto il personale è stato gentile e disponibile, si sono adoperati per venire incontro alle nostre richieste e ci sono stati vicini nei minimi dettagli, come l'allestimento dei tavoli e la scelta delle decorazioni floreali. Il maltempo ci ha costretti ha servire l'aperitivo nelle sale interne anziché nello stupendo parco; la bellezza delle sale è stata comunque molto apprezzata da tutti. Lo staff è stato molto presente e ha coccolato i nostri ospiti per tutta la giornata. Nella scelta del menù ci sono state presentate numerose possibilità, con opzioni per vegetariani e celiaci; tutti i piatti sono stati preparati con cura e molto apprezzati dai nostri invitati che non hanno esitato a chiedere il bis. Particolarmente meritevole di lode è stato il tris di dolci servito prima della torta nuziale. La sala spaziosa e allestita con gusto ci ha permesso di organizzare un piccolo intrattenimento in stile medievale insieme ad alcuni figuranti in abito storico. Al termine del pranzo la festa si è spostata nel bar accanto al lago, sulla cui stupenda terrazza abbiamo potuto organizzare il taglio della torta seguito da tanta musica e l'open bar. In definitiva il castello, il ristorante, il bar e il lago ci hanno regalato una giornata al di sopra di ogni aspettativa, merito dei titolari che gestiscono il posto con passione.
