Ristorante Camping Vidor In Pozza di fassa

Abbiamo trascorso il pranzo in famiglia della vigilia di Natale in questo ristorante molto bello. Eravamo una tavolata numerosa, e difficile forse da accontentare, perché abbiamo celiaci e vegani nel gruppo. Il personale ( Pierpaolo in particolare) è stato molto gentile e disponibile, il cibo era tutto molto buono, e il prezzo assolutamente onesto. Consigliatissimo!!

Very positive experience We stayed in the really clean and wonderful cabin apartment. The structure is child-friendly and I must say that the -2 floor (where the children's part is located) is really like being in a wonderland. The pools are wonderful and very clean. You can see an obsessive attention to detail and cleanliness. However, I would like to point out some negative aspects. -We had booked with breakfast only, but when we arrived there, given the location of the resort, the weather conditions and our unfortunately half-sick daughter, we asked to add half board. After asking us to wait we were told no but that we could still eat at the à la carte restaurant. Really curious. - At the reception as read in other reviews and then experienced in the first experience, not big smiles and many explanations. Very, very hasty. -In the pool bar we witnessed a dispute between the people who worked there and all this in front of us customers. (This is not the hotel's fault but the rudeness of those who work there) A small note regarding the wonderful breakfast but it's only a small note really: put on top of the various sweets and jams what you are eating. However, I would like to give a very special thank you to Mrs. Pezzei who, with her kindness and friendliness, made us feel at home by passionately telling us the story of her family and how Vidor was born. Thanks also to all the waiters at the bar and at breakfast who were simply fantastic and kind

Nice quiet campsite. Perfect base if you are going to drive around the Dolomites. Neat and clean sanitary building. We stood at the camper place. This is basic and only 2 amps of current.

We came in an RV and parked in one of the larger spots. Stunning location, great services. It was raining for one of the days we were there, so the spa came in handy. Impossibly beautiful views of the dolomites and exceptionally clean and orderly facilities. Feels very modern and I can’t say enough about how consistently wonderful the staff was. Northern Italy really is almost like being in Austria. The restaurant was delicious and offered local food. A bit pricey vs local restaurants but worth it. One suggestion to the staff: the pool area is a little bit too kid dominated. For families with small children it’s a paradise because there’s two large waterslides and a big pool. I would suggest reserving the outdoor pool for adults as there were already fewer kids outside Pet friendly Torneremo di sicuro!

Very nice campsite with swimming pool and games hall for the children. Restaurant was also good. The only negative point is that unfortunately there is no possibility of getting outside of the saunas, you first have to go back to the swimming pool to get outside. Little sun in autumn, but if you walk for a few minutes you can get back to the sun.

The staff is exquisite and professional. Away from the walks, out of season there are no shuttles. Perfect for children.

Nice campsite, equipped with SPA, swimming pool, excellent restaurant. Suitable for families with children. The only note: in the winter season the sun shines very little. It's very cold. I have no idea what it's like in the summer.

Absolutely fantastic, I didn't give 5 stars to the rooms as I went in the camper for the pitches, I can even give 6 stars!

Went there for the second time this year in October/November. Top sanitary facilities, nothing to complain about. Small shop with bread rolls and everything you need. Laundry room (€6 per washing machine/dryer cycle) recommend having your own clothes horse!!! Play paradise for children and miniclib offers also great. Restaurant, we tested pizza and breakfast, can absolutely be recommended. Prices are also totally okay. When it comes to the parking space, we can say that we recommend it at the top. There you have peace and quiet and lots of sun. Unfortunately this time we had one further down and had difficulty aligning the motorhome, and some of the pitches were a bit muddy. The area in the swimming pool should be noted negatively. Some of the tiles are a bit high and have open joints. Unfortunately, the pool was also pretty dirty this time. Since we were there over Halloween, it was very crowded. Unlimited families were allowed into the swimming pool. There weren't even any free closets left. The indoor outdoor pool and the baby pool were totally overcrowded. The lifeguard, who actually serves as security, unfortunately only stood behind the bar and served alcohol or was smoking. There was a child's feces on the stairs in the slide area. The water there was no longer nice either. Something urgently needs to be done. The sauna area itself is okay, but if you're a real sauna fan, you shouldn't expect anything when it comes to infusions. There was a bucket of water there and that was it. A shower also needed to be worked on because the push button was broken. Unfortunately, the smell in the sauna area didn't smell pleasant like you would expect from a sauna area. Rather a bit grumpy. We only did 2 hiking tours because we were traveling with 3 children, 1 of which was a baby. But these were within walking distance of the resort. However, you need a bit of stamina as it is a steep incline at the beginning. Hiking poles are also recommended. In conclusion: It is a beautiful place with a great view and great sanitary facilities and restaurant, but the swimming pool was not recommended at the time.

Beautiful and large structure, warm and fun pools for children, playground both outside and inside done really well. Beautiful location of the resort. We took the room in the annexe: renovated but sacrificed in height as it is the top floor under the roof. Weak point - service: at the reception there was a girl who, to every question we had about open lifts, routes to take, replied "look on Google", luckily there was another receptionist who was more willing to work. Lifeguards at swimming pools were listless, unwelcoming and gloomy.
