Amazing Family Stay! ​We spent a wonderful week here with our family, and I can honestly say it was one of the best accommodations we have ever visited. The new chalet was spacious and comfortable, but the location was the real highlight—being right on the ski slope is unbeatable. Our children especially loved the amazing aquapark and the lovely playroom. We can fully recommend this place to everyone and we are already certain that this was definitely not our last time here!

Overall, the price is fair for the services offered: there is a paid water park, a mini club, various entertainment for children and adults, well-kept and clean bathrooms, a ski slope (for expert skiers) that passes in front of the campsite (alternatively, there is a little train that connects the village and the ski lifts).

We enjoyed the water park, with beautiful pools and slides. My only regret is that the pool and bar staff are very unfriendly. They seem annoyed by everything you ask or order at the bar, they respond rudely and whisper to each other about the customers. If you don't like the job, it's best to look elsewhere, away from the public. The girls at reception, on the other hand, are very nice and helpful.

Last winter, we spent a wonderful vacation in a campervan, and we can say it was a truly special experience for the whole family! The atmosphere was welcoming, organized, and very well-maintained. The mini club was simply fantastic: Otta's World won over our little one, who couldn't wait to participate in the activities every day. Our older son, meanwhile, had a blast playing ping pong, table football, and video games, always finding lots of friends to play with. After wonderful days on the snow, the most anticipated moment was relaxing in the pool...a true treat for adults and children alike, with a spectacular wellness area to recharge. And to end the day on a high note, a stop at the pizzeria to enjoy an excellent pizza together. What can I say... we had such a great time that we've already booked for next winter. We can't wait to come back!

We've been to this campsite twice, the first time two years ago and for just a few days, so everything seemed fantastic. This year we stayed for a week, and the critical points of this facility are evident, which, in our opinion, could be improved considering the price! In order: The reception staff wasn't very helpful, except for one young lady. They provided very little information at check-in, and were annoyed and very cold at different times if you asked for information. The pitch was spacious, but following the snowfall, there were no staff interventions to clean the pitches. In fact, when they cleared the road with vehicles, the snow ended up on the pitch, further aggravating the inconvenience. During our other stay, we used the restaurant with the fixed menu option; this year, only the à la carte menu was available, which was prohibitive for a family! The pools are beautiful, but unsupervised by staff. We sometimes had trouble with the behavior of other guests (it would be enough to enforce the rules), and one day it was overrun with groups of kids from outside the campsite who did whatever they wanted, making the pool experience unpleasant! The spa area is very beautiful, but unfortunately, this year's surprise, it was closed in the morning; I personally would have loved to spend a quiet morning in the spa. The Mini Club has hours that are honestly incomprehensible. It's been closed for a day and a half, and when I simply asked the receptionist why, I was rudely told it was because there aren't many children! I believe that a service should be provided regardless of whether it's high or low season, especially if you want to be considered family-friendly (which, after all, there weren't many children). When it's open, the service lasts 2 hours in the morning, 2 hours in the mid-afternoon, and about 2 hours during dinner time. This way, parents don't even have half a day's coverage to go skiing or do any other free activity, so the service is almost useless, I'd say. Honestly, for the price paid, a family expects perfection, or at least fully usable services. On the plus side, the kindness of the girl at the Mini Club and the excellent cleanliness of the bathrooms. In conclusion, it wouldn't take much to make the stay perfect.

We're here right now and are blown away. First of all, the massages are world-class; they alone deserve 5 stars. Thank you so much! We had three treatments and are absolutely thrilled. You know what you're doing! Secondly, the place itself is amazing and has more than you could ever need. The service, staff, sauna, swimming pool, and restaurant are second to none. For three years, we've been going to Vidor as a couple for a long weekend, always between late January and early February, so it's low season. We go there for skiing and hiking, so the location is ideal, as are the amenities available, such as the ski room, which is exceptional for those who travel in a camper van like us, with very little space available. For me, the experience is always excellent, with good and numerous amenities (two buildings plus the pool), and snow is constantly being shoveled (this is the second year it's had massive snowfalls while I've been there). The restaurant is very good, the food is always excellent, and so is the spa. The staff is always helpful and welcoming. However, over time, I've noticed a general decline in quality... the Vidor is extremely expensive, so you expect 100% service (dust on the light fixtures in the bathroom stall, broken lights in the pool, cobwebs, waterbeds that should be heated but don't work, herbal tea glasses that are almost never available, bathrooms with few toilets and therefore semi-flooded...). Small details that don't change the experience, which I still recommend, but which I'd like to see improved next time. And maybe even a discount for loyal customers! :)

Beautiful campsite with excellent amenities. The restaurant fully lives up to its 4-star rating, with my sincerest compliments to the waiter "MAURIZIO." The market is well-stocked. Remarks: Excellent, I recommend the management to monitor compliance with the spa area rules more closely. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
