The best hotel ever. We never go second time to the same place but Vidor Hotel was the reason to visit again Pozza di Fassa, and I 'sure we 'll go again and again in the future. The area of the swimming pool is perfect to chill out in the afternoon and the water of the outdoor swimming pool is very hot. We 've visited and other hotels with outdoor pool none of them with hot water. It 's like you re dreaming being in the outdoor pool and snowing the same time and feeling warm enough to stay there forever. The water slides were also fantastic for kids and adults also just to have a really amusing afternoon. The ideal hotel for families in a dreamy area.

We went camping with a camper. PITCH: very large, as requested, with gas and water hookups, sewer drainage, 16 amp electricity (for a fee), breathtaking views. BATHROOMS: always clean, and the heated room is very convenient for drying swimsuits and towels, with drying racks available. MARKET: well-stocked, like a supermarket, with fair prices. RECEPTION: professional and always available for any request. WATER PARK: the heated outdoor pool is spectacular, the indoor one perhaps a little too cold in comparison, the equipped gym area, bar, slides, and textile-free spa area are all standard. IMPROVEMENTS: A "minor" inconvenience—a broken shower heating system—forced us to leave to shower in another block, having to go out at -1°C. The hairdryers available are not as good as those at the water park (it can happen, but it wasn't pleasant). This is why I gave it 4 stars. Increased security with the distribution of blue bracelets for entry to the water park between the rest area and the campsite. More control over entry to the campsite; there's uncontrolled access from the road/ski slope to the campsite, allowing access at any time and without any checks. Definitely a campsite nestled in nature; the sunset with the pink peaks is spectacular! Highly recommended!

The location is undeniable, but the price positioning is getting out of hand compared to the actual experience offered. Let's talk numbers: a takeout pizzeria menu where a Capricciosa costs €17.00 and a Pencio nearly €20.00 (€19.50 to be precise) isn't a "campsite" price; it's the price of a gourmet restaurant in the center of Milan. Even a Vegetariana at €16.00 is perplexing if the context is a takeout. The real problem, however, is consistency: if you're charging luxury resort rates, the fundamentals must be impeccable. Finding cold showers in the pool area is a disservice that lowers the perceived value. Paying premium prices to wash yourself with freezing water and eat a pizza that costs as much as a stock on the stock exchange leaves a bitter taste. Huge potential, but be careful: the line between 'exclusive' and 'off-market' is thin.

Nice and quiet. This was one of the best campings I've been in the area. Totally recommend it!

What can I say? We had such a great time that we decided to extend our vacation for two more days! Thank you so much for your kindness and helpfulness: you even helped us move our bags so we could go on the mini club trip... truly special attention that we greatly appreciated. We'll definitely be back! The only thing I'd improve is the laundry room: since there are no alternatives in town, you're forced to use the campsite's only washer and dryer. Luckily, we didn't find a long line, but it doesn't take much to risk wasting a day waiting. My advice is to add at least another washer and dryer; it would be a huge improvement. Otherwise, everything was perfect, congratulations! Just a small note about the restaurant: currently, it's not possible to reserve pizzas or other takeout dishes for a specific time; you have to wait at reception until they're ready. It would be very convenient to be able to order in advance and just pick them up. Congratulations again, and... see you next time!
