The Barcarizzo Restaurant is a true hidden gem a stone's throw from the sea in the wonderful hamlet of Erchie. A place with a timeless charm thanks to its unique simplicity; Even before tasting the dishes, you can enjoy the characteristic location with your eyes and with your ears the very perfect choice of music that makes the moment of lunch even more poetic. The restaurant far exceeded my expectations, an authentic paradise for fish lovers and beyond. It offers a menu suitable for every palate (even the most difficult ones like mine 😅) the dishes are delicious and the service EXCELLENT. I really appreciated the fried fish, crunchy and not heavy; Genoese tuna with super delicate tones, but what struck me most was the kindness with which Massimo welcomes his guests; yes, guests because it makes you feel at home; he even convinced me to try the typical anchovies, AMAZING, always excluded from my preferences. What can I say, we will definitely return thanks also and above all to his friendliness and professionalism. Erchie's flagship, thanks Massimo! Having come across this small restaurant somewhat by chance, we ordered two caponatas, a still water and a glass of wine. The waiter suggested we also take a peppered mussel. The dishes were quite good, but the portions were really small, especially the caponata. I was expecting a frisella on a flat plate and instead they were served in soup plates (imagine the size). Mussels not completely clean (but it can happen). Prices above average, especially for a glass of wine.

I went for lunch yesterday with some friends, we ate the peppered mussels suggested by the very nice Max, salmon sandwiches and some delicious lemon delicacies, all accompanied by a very lively atmosphere with the maestro at the piano bar and given the opportunity to my sister to sing together. Great place, surer recommended.
