I arrived at this restaurant on the recommendation of an Italian friend who assured me I would taste the best carbonara pasta of my life here. I must start by saying he wasn't wrong at all. The carbonara I tasted was, without exaggeration, a work of culinary art: a perfect balance of flavors where the crispy guanciale, the creaminess of the egg, and the power of the Pecorino cheese danced on the palate. It was one of those dishes you wish would never end. The second waiter's suggestion of a local wine turned out to be the ideal pairing, elevating the experience even further.
However, and this is where the experience falls apart, a memorable dish is not enough to guarantee a perfect evening. Gastronomy is a whole, and that whole begins from the moment you cross the threshold.
Unfortunately, the experience was marred from the outset by the attitude of the young man in charge of welcoming us. His obvious lack of experience was compounded by a worrying apathy. Despite my attempts to communicate in English, he showed no willingness to understand us, instead adopting a dismissive and mocking attitude that made us feel downright uncomfortable.
Although the professional and friendly manner of the second waiter who served us at the table managed to temporarily salvage the situation, the initial bad taste returned at the end of the meal. When we asked for a recommendation for a digestif, we ran into the young man from the beginning again. His response was, "We have them all." When I insisted on a suggestion, he proceeded to recite the drinks list without offering any guidance, maintaining the same unprofessional tone with which he greeted us.
In conclusion, many restaurants seem to forget that the dining experience transcends the plate. It begins with the welcome and ends with the farewell. My friend was right: if your sole objective is to taste a sublime carbonara, this is your place. However, be prepared with an extra dose of patience, as some of the staff may not be up to the excellence that emanates from their kitchens. A real shame.

A very welcoming and pleasant pizzeria restaurant, with a wide selection of pizzas and entrees. The menu also features vegetarian options, and I don't mean just salads, but hearty first and second courses. Thanks for considering us! Impeccable service, friendly and knowledgeable staff. We booked dinner last night: the restaurant was beautifully designed and in a great location. We ordered both pizza and fish. The pizza was huge, crispy, and flavorful. The fish (pasta allo scoglio and fried calamari) was very good, with generous portions, golden brown breading, flavorful, and not greasy. The service was fast and impeccable, and the waiter, Mr. Toto, was kind, helpful, and very professional. We'll be back and recommending this place to all families like us.

We were lucky to have a table, because the restaurant, a hunch my wife had had while visiting the beach, more than lived up to our expectations.
So many local Italians were coming to take pizza home or to the beach, that we ordered the bufalina and discovered the secret: an incredible crust, local products like the tomato and pomodoro sauce... phenomenal.
For the main course, we treated ourselves to a treat, choosing the ARAGOSTA ALL'ARAGONESA (Lobster with a homemade sauce, tomato, and red onion, typical of Sardinia, which we'd been waiting our entire stay on the island to try... IMPRESSIVE... COMPLEMENTARY!
We finished with a Panna Cotta, coffee, and Sambuca! Bravi!
I can't stop praising the staff for their service, but especially Tato, whose service was impeccable.

Sono stato a pranzo domenica, un’esperienza unica. Personale cortese e il titolare, il signor Giuseppe, molto simpatico e brillante. Per primo ho ordinato gli spaghetti alle vongole e bottarga, una delizia. Come Secondo una frittura mista, tutto pesce di prima scelta e qualità. Attenti anche alle intolleranze, essendo intollerante al lattosio, come dolce mi hanno accontentato con i loro dolci ad alta digeribilità della casa.
Ad agosto ci ritornerò!
