Found it by chance while walking around Trento. The place was packed. Good food, fast service. Perhaps the portion of tortellini with tomato sauce was a little light.
Excellent prices.

We had lunch at Al Vò with a group of about thirty people. The staff was attentive, kind, and extremely helpful. The service was fast and the food was excellent. The Sacher Torte was a must-try! The perfect option for organized groups! Thank you!

Clean, welcoming, and very family-friendly place. I've been going there to eat on my work break since 2007, and as I've been saying for years, it's difficult to find a place like Ristorante al Vo in all of Trentino, where you can eat very well, with adequate portions, a truly reasonable price compared to the rest of the places you go everywhere in Trentino, and efficient and fast service. A note on the owner of the place... Roby, and her daughter Anna. Mother and daughter are exquisite people, always cheerful and very nice. I highly recommend a stop at Ristorante al Vo 🔝👍👏👏👏

A welcoming place with friendly and professional staff. The menu focuses on tradition and typical Trentino products, all presented simply and deliciously. Satisfied enough to return. The price is fair for a place in the center of Trento!

We were taken in a group and we really enjoyed it. We'll be back to try more dishes, as the menu they chose for us was limited and we were eager to try their specialties. We were served by a mother and daughter, who were truly charming and efficient.

'Polenta, Vezzena grigliato e funghi' was tasty. 'Tartare di trota' was just minced smoked trout. I would go back for polenta and cheese.

My wife and I are in Trentino for our honeymoon and today we had lunch in this extremely typical restaurant which left us extremely satisfied 😀 excellent service, politeness and courtesy but above all friendly for those like us who bring their puppies on holiday ❤️

If you're looking for a trendy place, you're in the wrong place. IF YOU'RE LOOKING FOR A PLACE TO EAT WELL FOR A FAIR PRICE, I WOULD DEFINITELY SAY YES.
The staff are friendly, polite, and, finally, smiling. (A family-run place, no frills, but excellent.) They're very good. N.B. The price I quoted includes a first course, second course, side dish, water, and coffee.
