Cucina classica trentina ma non solo.
Il posto è molto carino e si capisce che vi è attenzione per i particolari.
Il pane sembra fatto in casa e, ad ogni modo l, è molto buono.
Tartare d’antipasto condivisa, 2 cotolette come secondo e 2 contorni, acqua, 1/2 litro di vino, 2 caffè e 2 grappe… 90,00 Euro!
Forse è un po’ sopra la media della zona ma quando si mangia bene non ci si lamenta certo per qualche euro in più!

Abundant portions typical of refuges. Well-executed dishes with the plus of homemade pasta. Service superior to what is expected at the foot of the ski slopes. Very honest prices. I would stay here again.

Molto confortevole, titolari cortesi e menu’vario e molto abbondante. A differenza di quanto letto su altra recensione la gestione è sempre la stessa da oltre due decenni. Sala piena anche durante la settimana. Posto ideale per trascorrere qualche ora in relax gustando una buona cucina

Saturday at the end of January... there are still many skiers on the slopes of Vezzena, despite the little snow and the slightly too high temperature. We stop at the Al Verle restaurant for lunch and find a seat on the nice and well-kept glass veranda which allows you to admire the snow around and part of the slope. Despite the large windows the temperature is pleasant.
We choose pappardelle with buckwheat flour with venison ragout (and a little blueberry jam). Really good.
The Sacher cake, in addition to being splendid, is also served in a truly generous portion. With water, a quarter of wine and two coffees, we reach 55 euros for two. Not cheap, but not exaggerated either. There is.
The guy at the tables is very good, attentive and friendly. Nice little place, then.

Pros: good food and a well-kept place
Cons: small oversights but passable
I went 2 days in a row to be able to taste the amazing dessert and the boiled meat, good, the owners are very nice knowing them and the environment is a little cool but nice and clean, which is important... I'll be back
