Pros: good food and a well-kept place Cons: small oversights but passable I went 2 days in a row to be able to taste the amazing dessert and the boiled meat, good, the owners are very nice knowing them and the environment is a little cool but nice and clean, which is important... I'll be back

Nice place, open all year (uncommon aspect in mountain passes) large car park. The interior is characteristic, welcoming and "warm". The courteous service, the refined and refined food. I ate some excellent deer ribs, the only flaw of which was that they were just over cooked (at least for me) Homemade desserts (but we didn't eat any) The price is adequate for the refinement and quality of the food, obviously higher (not always and in any case not too much) compared to other more "rustic" refuges

Stopped by here around 3pm and read that the kitchen closed at 4.30pm. Very good food, really high quality platter of cold cuts and mixed cheese platter, in proportion to the price. Friendly and quick wait staff. Even though we were informed that the kitchen was still closed (in contrast to the sign), the culinary availability was still ample with platters of cold cuts or cheeses, onion or mushroom soups, lasagna or beef tartare. All the food excellent. The only precaution is to change the hand-written sign if the kitchen does not stay open until 4.30pm (but only in high season).
