Lunch stop during a motorcycle tour, a warm stube in a very welcoming atmosphere where you can enjoy old-fashioned cuisine, where the pasta is homemade, as are the cakes, and the aromas are just right. You couldn't ask for anything better! This is one of those "right places" where you know you'll return and want to bring your friends.

A quick stop for a snack after a nice hike to Pizzo di Levico... a nice place, unfortunately ruined by the owner's unfriendly welcome... it almost seemed like she was bothering us with the way we were greeted (but reading other reviews I've seen that this is now common knowledge, as is the way she treats the employees). It's a shame because the bartender was far too nice and kind and we unfortunately witnessed a rather unkind reprimand given to her, especially in front of customers, because she had kindly held back too long than necessary to give explanations to another customer present in the restaurant with us. If only the owner would change her attitude, the whole place would benefit.

I've visited several times, usually as a stopover on bike tours.
Lovely shady spots on the terrace. Self-service.
It's worth taking a look inside.

The welcome wasn't the best. We were a little pissed off, a little tired, I don't know, but I didn't feel at ease. I'm not expecting a red carpet, but a welcoming smile, yes. The dishes were very good, much appreciated by my brother, who loves rich, heavy dishes. I had some digestive issues, partly because of the winding road on the way back.

We went to the Al Verle restaurant for lunch on August 18th. We found the atmosphere elegant, with a panoramic view, and friendly service. Above all, the food was excellent, both in terms of ingredients and cooking. We particularly recommend the carne salada, where the truffle was delicious and plentiful; the tortellini with herbs and ricotta, for the freshness and flavor of the filling; the oven-baked shin of pork for its perfect cooking; and the desserts, with their generous servings of super-fresh berries.

Ristorante al Verle, set in the beautiful mountain valley of Vezzena near Levico Terme, is a charming and cozy spot with a warm atmosphere. The food is excellent – the pumpkin gnocchi are truly special, and the unique sauces that accompany the appetizers are a nice touch. Service from the waiter was very kind and welcoming! The reception by the owner could be improved, but overall this is a very enjoyable dining experience and definitely a place worth recommending.

The place is very beautiful, welcoming, and well-kept. The dishes are well-prepared and meticulously prepared. The fettuccine were questionable (tough), but I can honestly say that the zuppa inglese was exceptional, perhaps the best I've ever had. The sour point of the meal was the owner, who was aggressive and perhaps rude to her staff, reprimanded on multiple occasions in front of the guests for seemingly pointless behavior. I believe respect is the foundation of good manners. In conclusion: I won't be returning because the atmosphere was tense and you could feel it everywhere.
