Ristorante Agriturismo Maso Corradini In Castello-molina di fiemme

The farm is wonderfully run by the Corradini family, and we always felt at home, not just as guests.

We spent Christmas at the Maso with the whole family and were welcomed with such kindness and hospitality by Mrs. Monica with excellent food and breakfasts with cakes made by them and ingredients from the Maso.

I spent Christmas week with my whole family at the Maso; they welcomed us with impeccable courtesy and helpfulness. The food was excellent. We were pampered by the kind Mrs. Monica! Thank you and I hope to be able to return soon!

Mrs. Monica and her family are the epitome of a homely welcome: kind, thoughtful, extremely helpful, and attentive. Their farm is beautifully laid out, charming, and welcoming. You feel at home without actually being there, and you're always well-pampered. Rich, varied breakfasts; never repetitive dinners; and thoughtful dishes crafted from quality ingredients. The farm tour with Nicola is highly recommended: a wealth of ideas, opinions, and knowledge of the land, the animals, and the surrounding area. You could spend hours interacting with him, learning about the Valley, about hospitality, and about running a farming/livestock farm there. Thank you for the sincere passion with which you hosted us. But, more generally, we should also be grateful for your tenacious attachment to your land and, through it, the kindness with which you welcome those who visit.

We stopped yesterday for lunch before unfortunately leaving for home. We already knew about this place and it was confirmed again. A very cute place, the lady was truly kind, and the food was impeccable. We tried tagliatelle with white venison ragù, a trio of dumplings, and their platter of potato tortel—everything was truly excellent. It's also convenient for children, with a playroom inside and some outside.

Beautiful and quiet place in Cavalese with the possibility of skiing at Cermis or Pampeago and Obbereggen or Alpe Lusia nearby.

I only went there for dinner and I can say that I had a good time.

The place is very nice, with outdoor seating, and is ideal for families with children because there's a large green area where they can run around in plain sight. Easy to get to, and convenient parking. The cured meats and meats are excellent, but we drank a Gewurzt from a well-known winery, which didn't taste like Gewurzt...the wine quality could be improved. The food was quite good.

Delicious, hearty dishes, a welcoming atmosphere, and a neat interior and exterior. A raspberry garden, shop, and stable, in addition to the restaurant, make it an ideal place to spend time with family.

We can't say enough good things about the Corradini farm. A beautiful property in a great location, with a welcoming and family atmosphere, and helpful and extremely courteous staff. Delicious and plentiful cuisine, always able to please. The property is quaint and overall clean. The idea of keeping the children busy by giving them free access to the stable, vegetable garden, and play area is fantastic. Highly recommended!
