The Salamino was truly exceptional, which unexpectedly turned into tuna and onion, making me understand the importance of absence in today's world where only presence counts. The service is minimalist and silent, as if to respect the customer's inner time. No intrusiveness, no rush: you really feel free to wait. The climate of the place is very hot, almost tropical, a touch that makes the experience even more intense and engaging. You sweat willingly, like in a dinner from another era. And then… the beer! Served at a temperature that finally does not anesthetize the palate. An approach that few have the courage to adopt: let the beer speak in its most natural form, warm with emotion, as if just boiled with hops. In conclusion: an unforgettable evening, which I would recommend to those who are ready to let go and be amazed by courageous choices and flavors... outside the box.
