I visited Ristomacelleria Brida and it was a truly amazing experience, highly recommended! 🌟 Here, meat is the absolute star: excellent quality, select cuts, and perfect cooking that brings out the flavors to the fullest. We tried the tartare, incredibly fresh and expertly crafted, a dish worth the visit alone. The Florentine steak was spectacular: tender, juicy, and cooked exactly as requested. The ribs and gourmet burgers also won everyone over with their flavor and presentation. The side dishes are also not to be missed: simple yet sophisticated, perfectly complementing each course. The service was impeccable: attentive, courteous, and always ready to recommend the right dish and the best pairing. We went to Brida after a day of mountain biking. What can I say... the meat was exceptional, superb. The cut and preparation were fabulous. We ordered the tagliata. Then, not wanting to be full, we also tried the chef's tartare. It was all accompanied by an excellent Merlot. The staff were kind and friendly. I recommend booking because the place is always busy. Who knows why... I really hope to return. Highly recommended.

Lovely restaurant and a local butcher shop! We visited several times during our holidays, and I highly recommend you make the reservation before arriving. Their staff are super friendly; some can speak English, which I found convenient. We tried the burgers, ribs, and steak. The burger was huge by my standards, and I could not finish it. The steak I love!! And my son loves the kids' menu. It is a pity that they do not serve the skewers in the butcher’ counter. I would love to try🤭there is only one suggestion: there is only one washroom and it serves both men and women, no sinks outside, it can take quite long even you just want to wash your hands before eating chips…

We stumbled upon this Ristomacelleria by chance, and what can we say? QUALITY, TASTE, AND AFFORDABLE PRICES reign supreme here. All the meat they serve is produced in-house. They also offer traditional homemade pasta dishes. Takeout is available. The staff is very polite, friendly, cheerful, and helpful. We recommend it for anyone who truly wants to eat local, zero-mile meat, and above all, we'll be back! (We'll be taking out a large selection of products on Sunday.)

A lovely atmosphere both summer and winter, quality meat, a well-structured menu, and friendly staff. You can also buy butcher's and packaged products. The only downside is the high prices.
