I consider it one of the best risotto restaurants. The menu features an incredible number of risottos and the best thing is that they are excellent. The rice is perfectly cooked, the flavor is nothing to complain about, the quantity is super. The only complaint is that the menu, at least when I was there, lacks the typical dishes of the Valley that would make it unique. Potato polenta, canederli and caponec would be the icing on the cake.
