Very positive experience both for the food that we appreciated a lot, for the service that was definitely very welcoming and fast.
In addition to the food we really appreciated the waitress Jessica who, to the skill and kindness that she reserved for us, added a delicious sympathy that amused us a lot, a very welcome surprise!!!
The Modenese/Tuscans, (there were 5 of us) were very happy ❣️
Ps. The icing on the delicious cake: THEY VERY WILLINGLY ACCEPT ANIMALS 👏👏👏❤️

I can't rate the food because I only had a coffee. The service is good, the staff is friendly. Rustic atmosphere. The content all around, in summer does not reflect the mountain.. too much concrete, too many chairlifts, too much of everything tailored to tourists.. in my opinion it loses the purity of the mountain, but I think it's normal in an era where comfort is the focus. There are playgrounds for children and the roller coaster, which was closed however since it was early June. The walk from Doss to Merìz is beautiful, with the various "lesson" stations on the mountain and its places.

Meriz is the refuge to enjoy! Visited in the summer, I stopped after arriving on foot. Excellent environment, well-kept, clean with cheerful and well-organized staff. I had an aperitif first (excellent Spritz), and then lunch. The cuisine I offer is certainly not second to other restaurants visited. The penne sl ragù di quaglia are absolutely worth trying. A special praise to those who prepare the desserts, among the best I have tried.
Another plus star goes to their staff. They know how to do their job.
You can stop with the family (as I did) with friends, in a group, alone ... but make a stop. It's worth it.

Después de esquiar, paramos en ese lugar para almorzar y pensé que sería un restaurante típico con embutidos y patatas fritas, pero me sorprendió lo agradable que era un lugar con una gran selección de comida, precios razonables y grandes porciones, y me imagino lo agradable que sería visitar allí en la primavera o verano.
