Climb to the top to eat a typical Trentino Strudel, the boy behind the counter is about to take the whole cake and cut me a slice, but the Business Woman on duty intervenes and stops him and tells him to give me the one on display that was dried up and unfortunately was no longer good. Good, very good, so good that next time I'll go somewhere else.

The quality of the food is what characterizes the place. All homemade products, from savory to sweet. The place presents itself very well, with several seats inside and outside. For lunch they have both quick meals such as pizza slices and traditional dishes. Very extensive wine list and they have delicious grappas (always homemade). Highly recommended place.

Eating very well with a breathtaking view (the refuge is located on the Cima della Paganella) is truly a privilege. Blueberry risotto with really good Trentingrana, exceptional strudel, bombardino to finish on a high note. The service was a little chaotic (very kind guys) for the many skiers but I can only recommend it!
