Totally renovated chalet, very beautiful. Very quick self-service with good typical dishes, excellent bratzle with fried eggs and speck. The staff is very friendly and it is also recommended for those with small children.

Spectacular refuge overlooking Andalo, clean and well maintained, with large and welcoming rooms. We had lunch on the south-facing terrace. Excellent food, very friendly and helpful staff.

Space food and environment, but I don't agree with charging for the children's play area in general, then charging for the day when it's a transit point where you stay for a maximum of a couple of hours...

The Dosson Refuge is an obligatory stop when leaving from Andalo, especially for those with children. Whether you are on foot, skiing or cycling it is worth stopping for the fantastic play area (€11 for the whole day) with also a pond and mini pedal boats and for lunch. At the self-service restaurant you eat very well, you spend quite a bit (12-15€ per dish, but we are in a refuge on the slopes, that's the average now) and the staff is super attentive to every need, including that of gluten-free food so they have both dedicated dishes and a lot of attention to contamination in common dishes
