Rifugio Des Alpes Ristorante In Campitello di fassa

21/09/2025: A quaint restaurant offering cuisine that's a little different from the usual, yet still maintains the traditional flavors. I had an excellent roast beef with bay leaf mayonnaise, grilled porcini mushrooms, and Trentin Grana Padano cheese. The staff were very welcoming and friendly, with a special mention for Francesca, the waiter, for her kindness and friendliness (since I'm not a big fan of cheese, she made me put it aside!). Recommended.

11/09/2025: Excellent cuisine. Traditional Trentino dishes with a highly successful innovative twist. Well done!
