Refuge very easy to reach by car, the road does not present particular difficulties. Even if the food is genuine and the prices are modest, typical of a refuge, the service staff is very professional and everything is served with great care. At the end of the meal you can't help but have the parapampoli, invented here. They will then take you around the cellar where you can buy locally made cheeses (the apple one is not bad), soppressa (highly recommended) and speck. Reservations are advisable as it fills up quickly.

We spent an unforgettable day at the Rifugio Crucolo di Scurelle. From the first moment we were greeted with the warm hospitality of the owner, who immediately made us feel at home.
Lunch was a true journey into the flavors of Trentino tradition; genuine dishes, cooked with skill, accompanied by an excellent selection of local wines.
The cellar, full of cured meats and cheeses, was a pleasant surprise.
But the icing on the cake was the Parampampoli digestive: a real pleasure for the palate!
I highly recommend Rifugio Crucolo to anyone looking for an authentic dining experience and a welcoming atmosphere

Absolutely pleasant and positive experience from every point of view.
I'll start by talking about what I appreciated most, namely the staff.
The waiters are very kind and truly out of the ordinary.
The dishes are typical and well made with genuine, top quality products.
And how can we not mention the wonderful view enjoyed by the restaurant, or the splendid internal fireplace or even the suggestive cellar where the cured meats and cheeses made by them are carefully kept.
In short, there is not enough space here to describe how much this refuge can offer, but it is enough for me to recommend everyone to try it for a unique experience!

Characteristic location with the possibility of visiting the cellar. Simple dishes accompanied by excellent Mose and traditional polenta. Grilled meat main courses are better. Obligatory ending with parampampoli, absolutely worth trying
