Excellent lunch with local products, I absolutely recommend their polenta made with milk and cheese....served as an appetizer. The rabbit and grilled ribs are special!! 🍗

We were there on Friday evening 8 November, although we have been frequenting the area for years, it was the first time we went there for dinner, a positive experience regarding the food, we took the platter of cold cuts, the carne salada, the polenta with hot salami and the Mose (a polenta made with milk and pieces of mushrooms inside, very good) then dumplings in broth and sauce, and porcini soup with croutons. For second courses we had melted Crucolo cheese with polenta, grilled sausage and boiled musetto and ribs with sauerkraut, and cappuccino with blueberry jam. To finish, coffee strudel and parampampoli. After dinner the boy took us to see the cellar, a worthwhile experience, there are all the products we eat in the room, therefore cheeses, sausages, speck and raw hams. Very particular is a 40 m long salami that makes two turns hanging on the ceiling of the cellar, a whole pig made with speck, 2 or 3 half-carcasses of pork completely boned and made with speck and a 530 kg wheel of cheese...

Returning after years, quality food, an environment certainly worth trying, Parapampli needs no introduction.
Portions too small, but full price. 30 per person but still hungry.

A very suggestive experience, especially in this autumn period where from the panoramic terrace you can enjoy a breathtaking view and admire truly unique foliage. Excellent cuisine, especially the tasting of sweets and the typical liqueur. The cellar is also really nice, with a wide variety of meats and cheeses.

Fantastic restaurant!! The owner is super passionate and friendly!! Cool canteen and all kinds of cheeses, the price of good is incredible and the quality is high! We are surprised by this restaurant!
