Rifugio Camini In Folgaria

16/07/2025: I went here for lunch with friends during a day of mountain biking in Pozza di Fassa, and we had a great time. The restaurant is mountain hut-style, all wood and has a warm atmosphere, with a beautiful veranda overlooking the mountains: perfect for relaxing after a day outdoors. We had a trio of dumplings, polenta with goulash, and Val di Fiemme Weizen beer—truly excellent! Perfect consistency and authentic flavors. I also tried a friend's beer-cooked pork shank: incredibly tender and filling, worth the trip alone. The portions were truly generous. The staff was friendly and quick, and the service was very efficient. The dessert also deserves a mention: the warm strudel with fresh cream was textbook! The prices are fair, in line with the quality and the tourist area (about 25–30 euros per person), and there's also a gluten-free menu for those who require it. In short: an excellent place to eat typical Trentino dishes in a welcoming atmosphere with a beautiful view. I highly recommend it both in winter after skiing and in summer after a nice walk.

12/07/2025: Abbiamo provato ad andare perché era sulla.strada per arrivare ad una passeggiata, e siamo rimasti contentissimi per il cibo, tantissima scelta, ho assaggiato altre cose dai piatti della mia famiglia ed era tutto molto buono compreso il mio tipici della tradizione, prezzi onestissimi lo consiglio vivamente a tutti amche menù bimbi
