17/02/2025: An unexpected dinner... When you end up in a place following various circumstances and instead remain positively impressed.... We stayed a couple of days in Caldonazzo and on Monday everything was closed... EXCEPT THEM who intelligently thought that even out of season foreigners but also locals decide to go to dinner even on a Monday evening and we were happy and satisfied to have had an excellent experience in this very welcoming restaurant, soft and pleasant environment with RIGHT background music (a factor not to be underestimated!) and very kind and helpful staff and owner. Excellent and well-prepared dishes, the platter with potato pancakes with expertly chosen quality cured meats, the fassona steak, the ribs, the pasta with stracciatella and prawns and the excellent wine recommended to us by Alessio, all really good! I can only recommend this restaurant where we will definitely return if we are in the area again!
