The staff were excellent, friendly, helpful, and kind, especially in the restaurant. At reception, the staff were patient and ready to provide good information. I was with a group on a pilgrimage.

A wonderful discovery A very nice and comfortable hotel The staff (everyone from the reception to the rooms to the restaurant) was truly exceptional. It's true that Neapolitans are wonderful people, and this hotel is proof of that. Friendly and courteous. We were a group with small children, and they helped us with everything. Truly the best.

Very close to the train station and the Piazza Garibaldi metro stop. The staff is friendly and courteous. The rooms are spotlessly clean and tidy. Very varied breakfast (sweet and savory), with homemade produce. Good food, generous portions.

A lovely discovery. As a Neapolitan, I wasn't initially thrilled with the location (it's in an alleyway off the Garibaldi Station square), but then I had to change my mind due to the numerous security guards patrolling the area and I recognized the absolute convenience of having the train and metro just steps away. Beyond this, I especially appreciated the exquisite kindness and helpfulness of the staff. The breakfast was excellent and varied, and dinner was also very good. The rooms were clean and comfortable. An excellent choice.

Recently stayed here for the night. Decent hotel with decent beds. Good breakfast. Pros • Really good customer service from everyone but I want to point out Sapna, whos customer service was just exceptional. She had such great energy which made our stay • Located next to a metro station and bus stops - found it very easy to get about from this hotel Cons • Check out is 10am. It didnt affect me as I had to leave early, however, I still thought that time was quite outrageous. No one likes an early Check out. Especially since Check in isnt until 3pm! HOWEVER, I arrived to my hotel early and they was able to have my room ready by 12pm. • You have to pay for luggage storage which ive never had to do before in all my years of travel. This year already ive travelled 12 times and ive never once paid for luggage storage.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for 4 days. The friendliness is the first positive impression. I think it's an excellent calling card. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast staff was super kind, professional, and friendly, which is not to be taken for granted. Thank you.
