Even though we arrived late at the restaurant, they didn't hesitate to seat us. We had the best pizza I've ever eaten.
When I return to Naples, I'll definitely come back to visit you again.

I'm surprised to read some of the comments.
The 4-star rating should be compared to other hotels in Italy, Greece, or Spain...
We stayed here as a family of three in a super spacious room with a double bed and a single bed. There were plenty of power outlets near the headboards, and a superb, large bathroom with a walk-in shower—fantastic!
The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. At breakfast and in the restaurant, the staff were very attentive to every detail.
A set menu for €12 included a pizza of your choice and a drink of your choice (including beer)! And the pizza...it was delicious!
The location is convenient for people using the train and metro...but walking is the best way to explore the center of Naples.
I will definitely return.

I'm taken aback by the other reviews and don't understand so much negativity... The room and bathroom were spacious; the only downside, in my opinion, was the mattress (there were two of us, and we both had back pain at the end of our stay). The service was impeccable and warm, particularly pleasant. The location is convenient, close to all public transport. However (and this is in no way the hotel's fault), the neighborhood isn't exactly great. We were happy to return to the hotel at the end of the day and be greeted by the warm welcome of the staff. 😉

My family (6 of us) and I spent a whole week at the hotel and we were all very happy 😉 The breakfasts were excellent, European-style (which is rare) and, of course, typically Italian (sweet). The rooms were clean, cleaned daily, very spacious, and the beds comfortable. The hotel itself was also very conveniently located, close to everything. A SPECIAL THANK YOU TO THE STAFF (two ladies at the front desk and a gentleman and two waiters in the restaurant – unfortunately, I don't know everyone's names, but I think they'll know who I'm talking about 🇵🇱😁) ❤️ Very kind and open people at both the front desk and the restaurant. We're learning Italian, and as soon as they heard us trying to speak, they were happy to take the initiative and engage in conversation 😁 always smiling and helpful. Thank you, mille, arrivederci 😉

We stayed 5 days in this magnificent property near Naples Central Station. Excellent value for money, I'd say. Superb breakfast buffet. Exceptional staff. But our compliments especially go to the waiter Andrea, who was very helpful. Highly recommended!

perfect hôtel for a week-end or short stay in Nappoli not far from the aéroport and Nappoli central gare. They have a lovely breakfast buffet 2nd time been staying at the hotel will definitely do it again .

The hotel is very good for a 4-star in Italy. The triple room was very spacious, comfortable, and had a refrigerator. It was also very clean. The restaurant has excellent and affordable food; it's the same place where breakfast is served. The staff is very friendly, and the restaurant staff is exceptional. It's very close to Garibaldi station and a metro stop.
There's just one detail that could be improved, as other establishments offer this service free of charge. They charge €5 per bag for luggage storage, whether it's a suitcase or a backpack, and this isn't mentioned anywhere in the booking system, only when you arrive at the hotel.
Check-in is from 3:00 PM.
Highly recommended!
EDIT AFTER MY RESPONSE: Regarding the quality and everything mentioned above, I already told them it was very good, but I need to add a response to the comment about luggage storage. It's true that everyone sets their own rules and prices while respecting the laws and regulations of the tourism sector, but my comment stemmed from the fact that this isn't mentioned anywhere when booking. In fact, some websites advertise free luggage storage. That's what needs improvement, in my opinion—the prior information, because otherwise you're surprised and feel ripped off. It's the detail, not the cost, that matters, and of course, the reception staff explains it when you arrive, but it's not the information you received beforehand. Congratulations to the afternoon staff, Darío and his colleague, to Marcello in the mornings, and to Andrea and the restaurant staff for dinner.

We've been in Naples these past few days and decided to stay at this hotel through Booking.com. We had very high expectations because it looked like a 4-star hotel, but when we arrived, it was just barely adequate for a 4-star rating. The staff was very friendly and helpful at all times, but the facilities were just about right for a 4-star hotel. The breakfast was meager, and if you went down at 9 am, many items weren't replenished.
