The welcome upon our arrival was warm and reassuring. The hotel, however, is showing its age: generally clean but showing signs of wear. Our room had two separate single beds and a small bathroom with modern but poorly maintained amenities: a shower without a door, clogged faucets, and a floor that flooded after use. Wi-Fi was available but too slow for real use.
The breakfast buffet was adequate, but the atmosphere was unpleasant: waiters rushed and noisy, plates and utensils were slammed clean in the breakfast room, and chairs were banged to remove crumbs. The service is far from welcoming. Furthermore, contrary to what some platforms suggest, there is no rooftop restaurant.
In summary: a functional and well-located hotel, conveniently located near the train station and the city center, but which does not reach the expected level of a 4-star hotel. The welcome remains a strong point, but the maintenance and quality of service need to be reviewed.

I stayed for a few days.
A clean hotel with friendly staff.
The breakfast was limited in variety, but everything else was fine.
There's a restaurant where you can eat separately.
The prices were good.
The waiters were very attentive.

My husband and I stayed here for a couple of days while on holiday. A close walking distance from the metro station makes other areas of Naples accessible (though the area might be a bit shady). The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The room was a bit smaller than expected but it was clean and has a spacious bathroom. Plus you can leave the room key at the reception so you don’t lose it while you’re out and about. Overall, a nice and pleasant stay.

Hotel near the central station
You can take either Metro1 or Metro2 to get you everywhere. The hotel truly lives up to its 4-star rating! But the real highlight was the reception staff: there were 4 of them, all super kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. A special thanks to Noemi, Andrea, Andala, and Sapna for their helpfulness! We'll be back soon.

Very clean hotel, close to the station, convenient for exploring Naples both on foot and by public transport. The reception staff were friendly, Andrea was very helpful, and so were the breakfast staff. The only flaw keeping me from giving it 5 stars was the old sink, and there was no vanity stand.
I recommend it anyway.

Hotel is well located right near the train station so makes for a good base if you are exploring Pompei or the Amalfi coast. Otherwise I would not recommend the location, area is a bit sketchy and the better restaurants seems to be in the historic centre (that being said highly recommend Mimi alla Ferrovia and Da Michele for pizza which are within close walking distance). Rooms are old and basic but relatively clean and comfortable. Breakfast was basic continental but sufficient. Staff were quite friendly and helpful. Recommend if you are after an affordable hotel to base yourself for exploring the region but otherwise better places to stay in Naples.

I didn't find the hotel great for a 4 star. Cold staff, cold rooms, lack of decoration, breakfast from 6:30 to 10 a.m. but at 9 a.m. nothing left and no supplies. Only two sockets in the room behind the headboard. Very noisy in the corridors at night, in short, apart from the location close to the center, nothing exceptional.
