Booked a room with half board, very good location, quiet room with balcony and view of the alpine meadow. Underground parking space. Small supermarket next door and bus stop nearby. The dinner (4 courses) is fantastically delicious and very creative every day. Barbara and her team are very friendly. We are absolutely thrilled.

Excellent breakfast, clean, but the bathrooms are a little dated but clean. There is no lift to the upper floors and the location is ideal for the area but if you decide to move it is located in a dead-end street, you have to go back to get connections to other areas.

We had a very nice stay at the Steinhauswirt, which was particularly special for us because of the proximity to the ski lift and the super friendly hostess. We were also satisfied with the rooms and half board. A special plus point for us was that we were allowed to take our dogs with us for breakfast and dinner. We have been coming to Ahrntal for 20 years and have tried out many accommodations. Next year we want to go to the Steinhauswirt again. The location and hospitality were simply outstanding for us.
