So, very good sushi, in my opinion much better than the new Nabu sushi in the casing or whatever it's called. Here for 18 euros you get all the fish you want, salmon, tuna, great quality! Then the service is super nice, when it's busy they do their best 💫💫 Then it was pouring outside and I asked them if they could lend me an umbrella and that I would bring it back in the evening!!! How sweet!!!! They said yes!!!!! Top!

I went for dinner in the evening and, having made a reservation, we were seated right away and ordered right away (the waiter was very kind and asked us what we wanted to drink). I'm surprised I've read negative reviews about the staff, because from the moment we sat down until we left, they were so kind, friendly, and always smiling. I should point out that I was alone with four children and the dog, and they brought water without me asking. The food was really good!!!!!! Thank you!!!! I really wanted to write this review because it's sad to read untrue reviews.

A little pricey (we paid £80+ for two people) but worth it for a one-off occasion because it is definitely the tastiest food i had during my 10 day stay in Alassio. As someone who grew up in Hong Kong it was pleasant to be reacquainted with familiar flavours as well as locally inspired dishes. The service was good. The locale itself has ample seating inside and a couple of tables in front, there were plenty of people coming to pick up takeaway orders. Like a lot. Also: the indoor seating has a better atmosphere. Further worth mentioning they have menu options that could maybe limit the amount of money one spends though these were not pointed out or mentioned by the staff, thus if you are a tourist insist on being explained these things (now that you know 😉)

Started a bit slow because they did take away tables first... food was quite good except for the shrimp tempura which was a bit dry. For the rest I recommend it

Absolutely the best in town! The food is always incredibly fresh, and the quality of the sushi is outstanding. Every dish is prepared with great care and attention to detail. It’s clear that only the finest ingredients are used. The atmosphere is welcoming and the service is excellent—always friendly and professional. Without a doubt, this is one of the best restaurants around. Highly recommended!

We were on vacation with our family and chose this restaurant for dinner. Incredibly delicious and fresh, fresh fish and seafood. Appetizers started to arrive 5 minutes after ordering. The service was top notch, the waiter was incredibly friendly and welcoming. We were very pleased with the establishment!

Io e mio marito clienti da 7 anni al sushi one di Milano abbiamo voluto provare anche quello di Alassio,che dire squisito!!!materia prima di qualità, bella presentazione dei piatti,gusto strepitoso,locale molto curato,personale top...non abbiamo fatto foto perché eravamo troppo presi nel magiare tutti questi piatti deliziosi,non vediamo l ora di tornarci!!!

22/08/2025: I've only been once and haven't tried the entire menu, so my assessment won't be complete, but I wanted to leave a review because I've seen so many negative comments about the renovation of this place, and they seem excessive. I understand the people who were fond of the old style, but there are different ways to judge a restaurant. Yes, there are lots of mirrors, and the decor is like many all-you-can-eat sushi joints that are popular these days, but comparing it to a horror movie is not a good idea, except for the seats, which aren't very comfortable. Otherwise, there were a few tuna dishes on the evening menu, but the food was good and there was a good selection. I recommend adding a larger bottle of water as well. It would be appreciated if you could specify the sauces for any specific allergens (the shrimp sashimi had passion fruit sauce, to which one person was allergic).

07/08/2025: Beautiful, romantic location by the sea. We had delicious sushi. There's also a hotel, but we stayed with a campervan at a campsite on the same street.
