It's always a pleasure to review places that put the raw ingredients at the center of everything, and stopping at Dolce Vista was a remarkable gastronomic experience, despite a few minor acoustic issues. The location immediately strikes a good picture, very well-kept and pleasant, but unfortunately it suffers from an extreme cacophony that makes conversation difficult when crowded. It's a shame, because the welcome is truly worth it: the young owner is a gracious and attentive figure, capable of gracious hospitality that makes the guest feel truly at the center of the experience, supported by an excellent wine cellar.
We opted for the full tasting menu, and let me say right away, you eat "too much" here. Don't get me wrong, we're not in a food factory: every dish is of such quality that you can't leave even a single piece on your plate, despite the portions being decidedly generous. We were already full after the appetizers, but everything was so good that stopping would have been a crime. Their cured meats are magnificent, as are the battuta di carne and caponata, but it's the marinated artichokes that are truly sublime.
The pasta is excellent, and I applaud the honesty of the staff, who suggested we order just two portions for three, allowing us to enjoy the pinnacle of flavor: the meats. The comparison between the Frisona beef tagliata and the local Modicana was a triumph of flavor and technique. To finish, in addition to the dessert on the menu, we were kindly offered a creative dessert with a biscuit base and cream, both honey-based. The flavor is delightful, but if I may offer a technical tip as a customer devoted to quality, I would reduce the height of the biscuit base: currently, it's too high and tends to squash the cream, which should be the star of the show. A small touch to make an already excellent meal memorable. In short, a highly recommended place for those seeking substance, excellence, and service that truly understands hospitality.

We went to this restaurant and had a truly wonderful meal! The place is clean, well-kept, and very welcoming; you immediately feel at ease. The staff is also kind, attentive, and always available.
I ordered a rare fillet steak with baked potatoes: perfectly cooked, the meat was incredibly tender and flavorful, and the potatoes were truly delicious. Kudos to the kitchen!

I don't know if I can write the right words to review this place. Let's just say that until I went there, I thought I'd eaten excellent meat in several highly regarded restaurants... Now I'm sure I didn't understand anything about meat and its surroundings.
In short... food made with care and, above all, with love. The staff is highly trained and puts even the novice diner at ease by explaining the types of meat and their preparation. Well done guys, keep it up.
