01/01/2026: It's an excellent bakery, with excellent croissant flavor and texture. If you order at the bar, the coffee service is quite fast and efficient. But between the cashier and the bakery, just asking for two croissants to be taken away can take up to 30 minutes. There may be busier times, of course, but the snail-like slowness of the counter (where "clearly" no one thinks of organizing it with two servers and two ovens) is disarming. It's a mix of disorganization and blatant staff mismanagement!
