An elegant and refined restaurant where you can find excellent dishes with sophisticated combinations and flavors. The portions are a bit small, especially considering the price, but the food is definitely delicious and high-quality.

We visited for dinner a few days ago: we returned after having a wonderful meal last year, and I can confirm without hesitation the top rating. Refined dishes, top-quality ingredients, and a heartwarming Alpine setting. The price is high, but absolutely consistent with the experience offered: for what you eat, it's more than justified. The only aspect worth mentioning—and which is slightly out of place in a setting of this caliber—is the wine service. When a guest orders a bottle, it should be opened at the table in front of them. Twice, we ordered two bottles (some of which were quite expensive): in both cases, the wine was shown to us unopened, then opened somewhere else, behind us, and brought back to the table only once opened. A small detail, sure, but in a restaurant of this caliber, details make the difference.

If you're looking for a Trentino atmosphere, this is the place: quaint decor and attentive staff. We really appreciated the quality of the ingredients and the size of the portions, which were truly satisfying. Excellent value, we'll definitely be back.
