A charming restaurant in the heart of Pinzolo, offering excellent service and a welcoming atmosphere. The presentation of the dishes was stunning, though the flavors didn’t quite live up to the visual appeal. The meat, in particular, was served only lukewarm, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, it’s a solid choice for a meal in the area, but not necessarily a must-visit.

I had the pleasure of having dinner at the Rendenèr Alpine Food restaurant in Pinzolo with my wife on the occasion of Valentine's Day, and the experience was excellent. The venue stands out for its attention to detail.
The service was good: a team of young professionals welcomed us with friendliness and competence.
The cuisine offers dishes that creatively revisit Trentino and mountain traditions. In particular, I loved the black cabbage risotto, a balanced and delicious combination of flavours. The quality of the raw materials and the attention to the presentation of the dishes are evident, as also confirmed by other reviews.
An experience that I highly recommend to anyone who wishes to enjoy local cuisine in a refined and welcoming context.

We can't tell you what we liked most: each dish was a surprise, an explosion of taste and a perfect balance of the raw materials used.
We appreciated that almost the entire menu could be gluten-free.
Price more than fair.

Bel locale di impronta montana , tutto legno , senza cimeli.
Tavoli discretamente distanziati. Coperto essenziale ma curato.
Tagliatelle al ragù di capriolo molto buone e pure abbondanti. Lo spaghettone Felicetti non ci ha convinto del tutto.
Lombo di cervo buono ma "asciutto".
Coniglio molto buono.
Servizio attento ma non pressante.

Locale curato nel dettaglio con elementi che richiamano il territorio, il servizio è stato rapido senza tempi di attesa tra un piatto e l’altro ma il punto forte a mio parere è proprio la qualità dei piatti, si vede che c’è dello studio dietro ogni preparazione e un’eleganza anche nell’impiattamento. Consiglio vivamente di venirci.
