We visited for dinner a few days ago: we returned after having a wonderful meal last year, and I can confirm without hesitation the top rating. Refined dishes, top-quality ingredients, and a heartwarming Alpine setting. The price is high, but absolutely consistent with the experience offered: for what you eat, it's more than justified. The only aspect worth mentioning—and which is slightly out of place in a setting of this caliber—is the wine service. When a guest orders a bottle, it should be opened at the table in front of them. Twice, we ordered two bottles (some of which were quite expensive): in both cases, the wine was shown to us unopened, then opened somewhere else, behind us, and brought back to the table only once opened. A small detail, sure, but in a restaurant of this caliber, details make the difference.

A desire to sample local cuisine brings us to this Michelin-starred restaurant with excellent reviews. Expectations are more than met by the authentic cuisine, with dishes prepared by a skilled chef who respects tradition but adds his own twist, offering truly excellent dishes. The tagliatelle and guanciale are a feast for the eyes. A knowledgeable sommelier helps you pair the local wines with excellent wines. Service is fast and courteous. The bill is absolutely reasonable. Highly recommended.

Excellent experience: extremely kind and professional staff (very attentive both when changing plates and bringing a fresh bread basket), a refined atmosphere (perfect bathroom, well-spaced tables, simple yet elegant table settings), an interesting menu, and a good wine list featuring local wines. We ordered the slow-cooked egg on bread cream and chanterelle mushrooms, the nettle risotto with porcini mushrooms, and the cornmeal biscuits with zabaglione. I wasn't convinced by the egg because the chanterelles were too tough to chew, but the risotto was excellent and the dessert was very good. All this was accompanied by a bottle of Lena wine (100% Solaris grapes), a bottle of water, and two coffees. The bill came to €125 for two. I found the price to be fair for the quality of the food and the portions. Note that there is no cover charge (unbelievable) and that coffees cost €1.40, the same as in many bars with a counter. Highly recommended.
