Ottimo posto, stile alpino moderno. Consigliatissimi il risotto, davvero buono. I secondi erano molto buoni abbiamo preso lombo di cervo e filetto di maiale. Tagliatelle al cacao e ragù di capriolo amare, unica nota dolente. Costoso, ma assolutamente consigliato.

Beh, basterebbe soltanto che ci è piaciuto talmente tanto che ci siamo tornati due sere dopo! Tutto impeccabile dal cibo al personale di sala veramente gentile e sorridente, l'atmosfera è perfetta e il locale merita davvero una recensione super positiva. Torneremo quanto prima!

I had the pleasure of having dinner at the Rendenèr Alpine Food restaurant in Pinzolo with my wife on the occasion of Valentine's Day, and the experience was excellent. The venue stands out for its attention to detail. The service was good: a team of young professionals welcomed us with friendliness and competence. The cuisine offers dishes that creatively revisit Trentino and mountain traditions. In particular, I loved the black cabbage risotto, a balanced and delicious combination of flavours. The quality of the raw materials and the attention to the presentation of the dishes are evident, as also confirmed by other reviews. An experience that I highly recommend to anyone who wishes to enjoy local cuisine in a refined and welcoming context.

The presentation of the dishes was stunning, though the flavors didn’t quite live up to the visual appeal. The meat, in particular, was served only lukewarm, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, it’s a solid choice for a meal in the area, but not necessarily a must-visit.
