We went to Regina D'Alabastro and had a truly excellent experience. The dishes were carefully prepared, tasty, and made with quality ingredients, leaving us completely satisfied. The service was impeccable: attentive, friendly, and fast. A special thanks to the owner, who was kind and helpful.

A modern, welcoming, and elegant restaurant. Delicious pizzas made with top-quality ingredients. Courteous and professional staff. Very efficient and fast service. Excellent value for money. This is definitely a place where passion for cooking and attention to detail are evident. A place to return for new culinary experiences.

Excellent place... wide selection of local wines, welcoming staff, and a meticulously maintained location. Very good pizza, as are the seafood appetizers. Good value.

Recommended place. The Regina appetizer was excellent and plentiful, followed by six courses that included several seafood appetizers. EXCELLENT pizza, airy and crusty, with excellent ingredients. The Turkish and Tyrolean pizzas are my favorites, and will remain a treasure trove of memories. The only downside is the wait between courses, but that's understandable given the number of customers. A very suggestive long walk. The food is excellent. The staff is extremely kind and friendly. Compliments for everything, highly recommended and delicious.

Il locale è bello, con giardini curati e un’atmosfera piacevole a prima vista. Tuttavia, l’acustica è pessima: di sabato sera, con tanta gente, è praticamente impossibile parlare. Il rumore di fondo rende difficile godersi la serata in compagnia. Abbiamo ordinato diverse portate: la cucina non è male, la pizza è saporita anche se in alcuni punti il bordo risultava un po’ crudo. In generale, si mangia discretamente. Purtroppo, un episodio ci ha lasciati delusi. Avevamo ordinato una pizza divisa in due, con una metà senza formaggio, per un nostro amico allergico. Quando è arrivata, abbiamo fatto notare che era stato messo ugualmente e il cameriere l’ha riportata indietro. Abbiamo esplicitamente chiesto che venisse rifatta da zero, proprio per l’allergia. Invece, dopo 30 secondi, la pizza era già tornata: semplicemente avevano rimosso il formaggio. Un comportamento inaccettabile, oltre che rischioso per la salute. Abbiamo preferito evitare polemiche e il nostro amico ha rinunciato alla pizza, ma un episodio del genere, da solo, sarebbe da zero stelle. Essendo in vacanza e apprezzando il contesto, siamo stati benevoli con una valutazione di tre stelle. Ma sicuramente non torneremo di sabato, e invitiamo lo staff a prestare maggiore attenzione soprattutto quando si parla di allergie alimentari.

Discovered this place by chance. Ate very well as one would expect in Sicily, however this place is clearly well above average! Place impeccably clean and staff present themselves well. Food is to die for. Prices are reasonable. Will certainly revisit.
