We stumbled upon it by chance. Good food (ciabatta with grilled octopus). Charming location. Excellent for a casual dinner with friends.

I'm expecting a baby and I'm very careful about where I sit to eat! We went to this place last Saturday. We stopped in this pub because we were struck by the charming atmosphere with soft lighting and a view of a square with a cathedral. And we left satisfied! The menu is excellent value, ranging from meat sandwiches to fish sandwiches, to complete meat dishes with sides! Everything was delicious! Especially the fish sandwiches, which unexpectedly were made with the freshest ingredients! The bill? Less than €17 per person, including drinks and cover charge! Highly recommended!

We're from Munich, discovered Augustiner beer, and are here for the second time. The second time because the entire team is incredibly friendly and served us excellent food, just as you would expect! As an "old Munich native," I'm very picky about beer and I have to say that I received it in chilled glasses with a wonderful head! ...what more could you want? Thank you! Highly recommended☆☆☆☆☆

Let me start by saying that Mesagne is a wonderful little town, truly worth a visit... and it's while walking that I see their chalkboard: "octopus sandwich." Nothing else, no "best beers," "open for lunch," "Puglian dishes"... just that, "octopus sandwich" in capital letters. Well, go there. Try it. Maybe with the artisanal amber beer on tap, recommended by the girl who took the order, a perfect pairing. Five stars plus.

The meat sandwich is excellent! The place is beautiful, located right in front of the church in the historic center.

The food was very good, with burgers and typical dishes like octopus ciabatta and grilled cuttlefish. A good selection of wines. The owners were very friendly and attentive. The music was very pleasant. The prices were very reasonable.

Great welcome and an excellent grilled octopus ciabatta sandwich. A real treat! A bonus for French speakers is that the owner, who is adorable, speaks French. Happy Hour is advertised from 7 to 8 p.m. I'll try to let you know one evening before my departure!
