Cool venue with a clean Nordic design feel By far not the typical ski resort venue. Do you want to play cool cat, this for sure the place. Big display windows with 2 big copper brewery tanks in the front window. Tried a few snacks and own brew beer. Beer is at the top notch here. The venue was fully booked, so recomand to book your table at the end of the week.

Friendly staff, I recommend creating a compass at the entrance to prevent customers from getting blasts of freezing air while they eat every time they open the door in winter

Oggi ho sciato per circa 24 km ed ho ritenuto doveroso premiare me stesso. A distanza di un anno sono tornato al Rampeèr, un locale che definire meraviglioso è riduttivo. Ho ordinato un piatto di tagliatelle fatte in casa ai porcini (freschi, non surgelati), la proporzione pasta funghi era 40/60; non contento ho ordinato uno stinco di maiale alla birra che mi ha commosso. Ho annaffiato con una delle 12 o 15 (non ricordo) birre prodotte da loro, perché il Rampeèr è un birrificio artigianale. Fosse per me mi farei tumulare qui. Fine

Nota negativa il tavolino che ci è capitato, troppo vicino alla porta che veniva continuamente aperta inondandoci di aria fredda. Detto questo, abbiamo potuto degustare prodotti artigianali quali ottime birre particolari e un tagliere di formaggi local veramente speciali. Va da sé, da provare!
