The place is cute, well-kept, and quiet. The service is good, and the ramen and beef-based uramaki are excellent. I'll definitely be back.

The quality of the food is high, the meat rolls are amazing, for lovers of raw meat it is unmissable.

I went for dinner on a Saturday night, eager to try the ramen. The broth was the best part: very flavorful, balanced, I'd say perfect (10/10). The noodles were also good, an 8/10. What I wasn't so keen on was the egg, overcooked for what traditional ramen is, and the meat, so tender it crumbled as soon as you touched it; perhaps it's a matter of personal taste, but I prefer a slightly firmer texture. I also had a Bao Tartar, which was truly excellent (10/10). It's a shame the other bao on the menu—the one with roast beef—wasn't available, which was a bit odd for a Saturday night. The service was average, although there was a sense of a lack of staff: the same girl who greeted customers also waited on tables and brought drinks (she was very kind, though). One detail that could be improved: the fork we were served was dirty, and it wasn't possible to order room-temperature sparkling water. Finally, the menu indicated that the chefs were Japanese, but they were clearly Italian. This isn't a serious problem, but it does create a different expectation. Overall, a good experience in terms of flavors—especially the broth and bao—but there are several areas that could be improved in terms of service and presentation.
