30/12/2025: We stumbled upon this grill restaurant by chance, rolling south! It's located a short distance from the A14/Pedaso exit on State Road 16. The place is beautiful, the staff is extremely friendly; Matilde (the owner) knows her job, and you can tell, even from a distance, that she was born to do this! Smiling and attentive to everything! The food is SUPERLATIVE! The meat is exquisite and of excellent quality, as are the cured meats and the homemade bread, served hot! The charcoal-fired one is delicious! The
Porchetta, also served hot, has a crispy, bubbly crust. I'm very critical of porchetta; I grew up eating the kind made in my hometown (in Abruzzo) and I prefer that... but it's just a matter of taste! For side dishes, baked potatoes
and sautéed vegetables! The wine list is excellent, and there's a beer passport! Unfortunately, we didn't get to try the desserts; we were too full. 🫣 The only downside... the coffee! Macchiato and others... let's just say it's questionable... but as a dear friend told me a long time ago: "Never drink coffee where you eat well, because
they'll make it terrible!" 😊
We'll definitely be back when we have the chance!
21/12/2025: Matigusta is a restaurant with a quiet, refined atmosphere, tastefully decorated, where you can truly converse and enjoy the evening without the hustle and bustle. The staff is extremely kind and knowledgeable, always attentive but never intrusive. We chose a tasting of raw fish, an excellent 1.4 kg cut of Italian beef, and desserts. The passion, expertise, and love for this work are evident. It's one of those places that would have nothing to envy of restaurants in a big city. Sincere compliments.
