Maybe I was lucky, but I went there on Saturday night without a reservation for two people, and after a short wait they told me they couldn't accommodate us. I had no time to turn around and leave, and they called us back, almost waving their arms, saying they were quickly setting up a table for us! FANTASTIC. Besides, there was a bit of a wait, as is typical for a pizzeria, but considering the place was packed, and despite that, the staff was very friendly. Excellent food.

The pizza was truly excellent, and the staff were extremely friendly. I tried a provola e pepe and a nerano, and both were cooked perfectly. The crust was melt-in-the-mouth and the crust was crumbly. The brownie for dessert was also delicious.

Excellent pizzas, but what surprised us was the professionalism and kindness of the staff!

Given Luca Mastracci's fame and being in Frosinone with my partner, we decide to stop for pizza. We enter and are immediately greeted by one of the guys who seats us (a table for two in the corner, a bit cramped, but we make do) and asks just as quickly if he can bring us some water... Okay, so thoughtful and kind, but we didn't even have time to look around. We're not particularly interested, so we start looking at the menu. We start with fried foods, and to my great surprise (in a positive way), I discover that the menu also includes a vegan supplì... excellent, I think to myself, so there must be something like that for pizzas too. My hopes quickly evaporate; aside from the Marinara, there's no other choice... We order a vegan supplì, two samples of Falia Privernese, and two pizzas, one (the Pomodoro) from the menu. For mine, the waiter assures me I can skip the Marinara and "the guys will take care of it." We continue with water without dwelling on anything else. We are served fairly quickly with Falia samples and the vegan supplì. It should be noted, however, that 1) I've been to Priverno many times and have eaten Falia in abundance. 2) My partner and I are bakers and pizza makers, and she owns a bakery that's been in business for almost 15 years, producing bread and pizza exclusively using natural leavening and baked in a wood-fired oven. The Falia was definitely a disappointment, not so much for the toppings (mine was broccoli, the other was shredded and raw) but because the slices, in addition to being poorly reheated and almost burned, were, in our opinion, at least three days old: hard to chew and simultaneously rubbery: I've never eaten a Falia like this. The supplì was good but overcooked, almost burned as well. The pizzas arrive. The dough is very light and well-developed, and this one is also cooked almost to perfection. My partner said the Pomodoro was very good, even with the toppings, but it had these pieces of breadcrumbs that looked more like pieces of stale bread, soft and not crispy. My "vegan" pizza, on the other hand, was a mix of broccoli, onions, and mushrooms with a barely-there base of tomato sauce. It was good but unpretentious and unimaginative, and the ingredients seemed to have been thrown on the pizza rather haphazardly (and the broccoli wasn't even chopped). I'd only been to the pizzeria in Priverno once before and was quite disappointed. This time I was more satisfied, but in our opinion there's a lot to improve. The service, on the other hand, was impeccable; the staff was very friendly and made you feel at ease.
