Incredibly good food, the owners manage the dining room and kitchen perfectly, very friendly and kind even outside of the restaurant. The quality of the food is sensational, with a truly remarkable attention to ingredients and pairings. Probably the best culinary experience of my life. I don't have much experience, but I'm a good eater, and the crudo was incredible. I was truly struck by how each element was seasoned differently, and each of these seasonings was perfect for that particular fish. Mussels and gorgonzola, a combination I never would have imagined, but it was perfect. And the pasta dishes were delicious. The service was excellent. The bill, as far as I'm concerned, was very fair. Another thank you to the owners. If you're passing through Liguria, this is a must-see.
