La tartare di tonno più buona che io abbia mai mangiato. Pesce crudo decisamente stratosferico, fritto molto buono. Location d’impatto: elegante, pulita e ordinata. Da rivedere il servizio. Cibo 10 stelle!!!

Premetto che mi dispiace molto non dare la massima valutazione perché a livello di qualità è stato davvero un pranzo perfetto. Crudo di pesce di altissimo livello , probabilmente i gamberi rossi più buoni che abbia mangiato. Anche il Fritto ed il gambero alla griglia erano notevoli....Cotti alla perfezione....ne olio in eccesso ne bruciature. Inoltre il ristorante è esteticamente molto bello e curato. Unica nota che attenzionerei : in un ristorante di questo livello è fondamentale una figura professionale che si occupi sia di una calorosa accoglienza, e che renda il percorso gastronomico completo, fornendo informazioni sui piatti, sugli ingredienti, sul vino....e così via. Il ragazzo in sala è attento e cortese ma ci vorrebbe qualcuno più carismatico. Ad ogni modo è assolutamente un ottimo ristorante.
