We were visiting Mazara from Campania with a Sicilian friend who, while walking, was drawn to this lovely place and its aperitif-couscous menu: abundant fried fish, including Arab brik and delicious fish couscous. We also tried the famous raw fish of Mazara and were delighted, all washed down with a nice chilled wine. Welcoming service from start to finish!

Very beautiful place and impeccable service.
Excellent quality dishes and generous portions (I wasn't expecting this, given that the menu descriptions looked like gourmet restaurant portions...).
Everything we ordered was truly excellent. Exquisite and beautifully presented. The spaghetti with red shrimp and the thoughtful seafood couscous were top marks. The seafood and meat salad were also excellent.
The final surprise was the bill: lower than we expected. Next time we come to Mazara, we'll be back.

We highly recommend this splendid restaurant. Enzo and his team are super friendly, and the food is representative of Sicily with a modern touch. I recommend the Tortino si melanzane a la norma and Busiata scoglio granchio blu. They also offer a reasonably priced lunch menu. The atmosphere is pleasant, and the restaurant has a cozy and tasteful design. They also offer a good selection of Sicilian wines and make cocktails. If you're in Mazzara, don't miss it!

We had the best experience! Amazing fresh food and a very welcoming service.
From the outside this restraint might look expensive but the prices are absolutely fine and comparable if not even lower than in other places in Mazara ..with way less beautiful design. The owners are great hosts and we could clearly see how much effort they put into everything - highly recommend

Exceptional raw seafood and the highest quality. The spaghetti with Mazara red ham is delicious, and the sandwich is excellent. The staff is very friendly and helpful. A true hidden gem.

In a suggestive corner of the kasbah, where time seems to slow down, stands this elegant and modern restaurant, with an intimate and relaxed atmosphere. The real protagonists of the evening were the authentic and refined flavors of tradition. Every dish, every glass of wine, transmits the soul of Sicily, perfectly in tune with the beauty of the historic building that houses the restaurant. Attentive and friendly service. The prices are in the medium-high range, but the experience made makes them absolutely justified. Must try!
