A very pleasant surprise: exquisite food, flavors from another era...a soup as good as I've ever tasted, with exquisite Franciscan cantucci. The Praesidium craft beer is excellent. The staff is truly welcoming, especially Romina. I'll definitely be back and highly recommend everyone to try these delicacies.

A special lunch in a truly welcoming place. My husband and I found much more than an excellent meal: we found human warmth, simplicity, and a welcome that touched our hearts. Sincere thanks to *Romina*, who looked after us with such patience, kindness, and precious advice. Her discreet yet warm presence made the moment even more beautiful. It's rare to find such genuine people in restaurants: she made us feel right at home. The dishes were delicious, meticulously prepared with love for tradition and the local area. Everything was perfect, in a relaxed and sincere atmosphere. We truly hope to return soon, to rediscover that authentic flavor and Romina's wonderful company. Thank you so much!
