18/02/2025: Treated like paupers. After booking a dinner table and an after-dinner table for 8 friends, after having knowingly consumed the menu with several bottles of Cristal, we asked for the bill and paid the amount due, approximately 10 thousand euros. Given that we didn't see many receipts, only for a small part (I'll keep a good record of them). As the evening continued, we ordered gin and tonics and various other items, which were always paid for without hesitation. Finally, I ordered 3 gin and tonics and 1 Bacardi coke. I asked for the bill and she presented me with 450 euros, which I paid without hesitation. My friends pointed out that it was a maximum of 180 euros, given that they cost 45 euros each. I kindly asked the manager, Mrs. Melinda, for an explanation. She first mentioned another unpaid round, then told me that I had ordered two rounds, and continued to scramble for space, basically not wanting to know. Given that we had settled everything previously with her. After a few minutes of polite discussion, I feel taken for a ride and robbed, telling her OHHHHHH!!! Manager Melinda gets offended and angry, because she was at fault and has us surrounded by security. I explain to her that her behavior is the management of the situation and really poor, and I repeat, poor OHHHH!!! If I had never said that, she's making a circus out of it.
Ms. Melinda, we were polite from start to finish, we only asked for what was right and for clarifications, even your staff was astonished by the treatment you gave us, then, clearly at fault, you even had security escort us away (you kicked us out) when we always maintained polite, civil, and honest behavior.
Ms. Melinda, you are a terrible manager and you used instrumental violence against us. I will contact your superiors through a lawyer.
