It's a bar you wouldn't expect, especially inside a Milan metro station. Fair prices (coffees are still €1, by the way), and friendly, proactive, and courteous service. I still remember when I once asked them to change €5 in coins to use the vending machines next door, and they sent me straight to the restrooms in their bar without a second thought. Thank you so much! Whenever I pass through Ponale, stopping by your place will always be worth it!

Very polite and friendly staff, a wide selection of always tasty croissants, and cappuccino with excellent creaminess, not just foam like you find in many places! Now my regular stop before going to work 🥰

02/02/2026: Truly excellent Roman cuisine, excellent pasta. The experience was partially ruined, however, by an atmosphere overly characterized by foreign flags here and there, symbols that have been widely advertised lately, which I found out of place in a traditional Roman osteria. Personally, I would have preferred an atmosphere more in keeping with the cuisine, perhaps highlighting the Italian flag. A real shame: without this aspect, I would have given it one more star.

05/02/2026: Me and a large group of friends stayed at the hotel for a week. The staff was extremely friendly and professional. The food was absolutely amazing and to note I want to congratulate the pizza chaf Adriano for his work. Even for Italy his pizzas are on top. Andrea, our waiter in the restaurant, was extremely friendly and if you are wondering what to order ask him, he has the best recommendations. 110% would recommend when you visit Canazei. Now, if you will be staying in the Laurin Hotel you will get to enjoy the restaurant reserved for guests. The food here is splendid. The waiters, specifically Julian, Ibrahim and Marco, are the absolute best - friendly, open to chat with you, very very good wine recommendations. They work very hard and pay attention to the small details - from how they set the table to the small things in conversation and are always friendly. You will enjoy their company and they even approach becoming part of your group. I don’t know how they maintain such a high level of work ethic and still smile every time. If you stay in Laurin give them my best regards and be ready for some great service and chat.
