Best poké I've tried. The quality of the ingredients is excellent, and I noticed a lot of attention to celiac customers. The only downside is that the sheet of paper you use to make the poké is blue, so it's hard to see the pencil marks on the paper (in fact, we've had some ingredients missing from our poké, which we think was due to that).

I had the opportunity to try this restaurant with friends and was pleasantly surprised. The quality of the ingredients is high, with an excellent selection of proteins, condiments, and toppings. The appetizers were also very tasty; I especially tried the tempura shrimp and the bao with truly special fried mozzarella. The atmosphere is well-kept (perhaps a little less so for the bowls, which I noticed were almost all a little chipped), tidy, and the service was quite quick and efficient. One thing that could be improved: the gluten-free options; unfortunately, my partner wasn't able to try any appetizers other than the edamame, but she had much more choice in the poke bowl. The staff were very attentive in helping her choose the ingredients to make her dinner enjoyable as well. The surcharge on some items was a bit unclear, in my opinion. Overall, however, an excellent experience. Ideal for a healthy lunch break or a light but tasty dinner.
