Plazacafe In Sorrento

My wife and I were married in Sorrento, we stayed at the hotel plaza and my opinion, we couldn't have chosen a better hotel!! The location is brilliant, you can walk to most things in Sorrento from here. The staff were so helpful and friendly. The sky bar was an amazing added extra. The cocktails were brilliant and the staff in the sky bar were tremendous! Friendly, funny and very helpful. The view from the sky bar is breathtaking! If I ever return to Sorrento, I'll 100% be staying here!

Perfectly located hotel in the centre of Sorrento. Very helpful and friendly staff along with stunning views from the Sky Bar and infinity pool of Sorrento right over to Naples and Mt Vesuvius. Can't recommend this hotel highly enough

Great hotel in a excellent spot. We were able to explore Sorrento easily and we’re walking distance to everything that we wanted to do.

I absolutely loved doing work in the lobby. The concierge and bartenders were so sweet and helpful, kindest humans I met in Italy!

We stayed here in August for a week. The hotel has an amazing location close to everything you need. The hotel is very clean, beds made fresh each day and sheets and towels changed daily. The staff were brilliant. I have to mention Assumpta in the skybar who makes the best ice coffee in Sorrento. Carlo in the foyet bar was a fabulous host for drinks in the evening but all staff were great. The pool while small is adequate with fantastic views of Vesuvius. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.

Perfectly located hotel in the heart of Sorrento! Everything you need is just a short walk away. The staff were warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond — even surprising us with a birthday cake at breakfast for my girlfriend. A truly memorable stay!

This hotel is everything you need in Sorrento. Great service, clean rooms, inifinity pool, rooftop bar, close to the main strip. Definitely recommend.

This is a great hotel and I can’t praise them highly enough. My family stayed for just over a week, in the family solution. Excellent location - right in the centre, but tucked along a slightly quieter road. The rooms were great - modern, clean, quiet, with all the amenities needed. The pool was nice (though busy in the afternoons), and the bar had a nice ambiance (one night with a violinist). What sets this hotel apart in my opinion, is the service. The staff are super friendly. All the way from responding to our questions before booking, to going out of their way to provide a breakfast which met our dietary needs. As I arrived, I got a tooth infection, and the reception staff were so sympathetic and helpful to find an emergency (same day) dental appointment. All sorted in one day and I was able to enjoy my holiday. A huge thank you to the staff for making our holiday special and memorable.

We stayed in a family room at Hotel Plaza. The hotel is simple yet very modern in terms of amenities and interior design. The staff is friendly and helpful. We got to know a bartender, Carlo, who is the best. He makes excellent drinks. The hotel's location is outstanding as everything is within walking distance. As far as breakfast goes, nothing is special, but it's decent.

This hotel is perfect for a few nights or a week in Sorrento. Ideal base to explore the nearby areas (the beaches and town on the doorstep, Amalfi coast, Capri and Pompei all easy to get to). We stayed for a week and found the double room to be spacious and very clean with excellent and much needed air con. We didnt choose a room with a balcony but available if you want them. Breakfast was excellent - pastries, fruit, eggs, meats, cheeses, pancakes, salad and hot food. Staff were very helpful with excellent customer service. The pool area is small but ideal for a plunge to cool off after a busy day (walk to the local beach clubs if you want a day sunbathing & swimming). Rooftop bar is excellent and prices reasonable for the area. We travelled home late and the hotel kindly offers left luggage and a spacious bathroom to freshen up in pre-onward travel. Overall, perfect location and facilities. Would absolutely recommend and stay again. Loved it!
