We were in Italy for 9 days, 3 of them at this hotel. The staff and everything about the hotel was great. However, they are doing some kind of construction on the top floor that lasted quite late a few nights. I finally called on the last night just after 9pm when we wanted to have a relaxing night in the room after several early morning tours. They stopped shortly after I called... but started hammering, etc again promptly at 8am Saturday morning. Out of the 3 cities and 3 hotels we were in, this was the loudest / most unrelaxing. Overall a good hotel with a friendly staff and location. Probably a great hotel when there is no construction.

The hotel is located in the best area. Comfortable and clean rooms with all the necessary amenities, lovely staff and generous services. Excellent breakfast.
