We had lunch with Margherita and Bufalina pizzas, along with Blonde craft beer. The pizzas were very good, flavorful, with a light crust and good tomatoes. My only flaw, in my opinion, was the mozzarella, which was chewy. The service was excellent, the staff were friendly, and the atmosphere was welcoming. The small room at the entrance was too cramped. A side note for the bathrooms, which were dirty and inadequate for the size of the place.

ordered the Piemonte, which the server confirmed was indeed their top recommendation.
I initially thought the cheese in the center was Burrata, but I was surprised to find it was a fresh cheese that was somehow even creamier and sweeter, yet refreshingly light.
The sausage (salsiccia) was tender and deeply savory, but when combined with the creamy cheese, the sharpness of the meat was instantly softened, resulting in a perfect blend. The interplay of the two flavors created a magnificent harmony and balance.
True to the name of Piedmont—a famous truffle region—the entire pizza was enveloped by a rich and tempting aroma of truffle oil, which smoothed the journey to the palate with a sense of luxury. What's more, the crust was cleverly stuffed with ricotta cheese, making every bite subtly creamy and ensuring the pizza remained delicious and satisfying right to the very last piece.
This is an exceptional dish I will never forget. Since it’s a chain, I sincerely hope to eat it again somewhere!

I ordered Abruzzo and it was absolutely delicious! The best pizza i have eaten in Salerno and probably in Italy. The dough was soft and juicy, crust filled with heavenly ricotta cheese. We also ordered extra burrata in the middle of the pizza which was soo good! Strongly recommend this place!

Was the best pizza I had in Italy, and the best pizza in long time.
The dough is light, they probably use long fermentation, they cut the prosciutto by order (what is correct and super fresh).
Great quality of ingredients.

Absolutely outstanding. Very inviting, very clean, very friendly, very transparent, beautiful decor, and incredibly delicious.
We were warmly welcomed and shown to a beautifully set table. English menu available without asking.
Large selection of specialty and unique pizzas. Aqua Panna and San Pellegrino for a reasonable price.
Bruschetta with super-tasty tomatoes.
Our Carbonara and Lombardia pizzas were simply fantastic.
Everything is just right here: pizza, ambiance, service, and price.
