The pizza is excellently digestible. Uncle Paolo and the entire staff are kind, friendly, professional, and very attentive to customer requests. I must also mention one outstanding surprise: on the menu, where it says "prosciutto," it specifies "spalla," unlike other menus I've read, because prosciutto is prosciutto; spalla, even if high-quality, is not prosciutto. Highly recommended.

We set out from Trani to Moliterno to try the renowned Pizzeria Zio Paolo, recommended by trusted people. Our expectations were not disappointed: the pizza is extraordinary, made with fresh ingredients and a light, easily digestible dough. The owner, Zio Paolo, welcomed us with kindness and warmth. The warm, family-friendly atmosphere makes the experience even more enjoyable, perfect for both a relaxed dinner and a sociable gathering. We will definitely be back.

We came to this pizzeria in the small village of Moliterno on the recommendation of a friend, and it was truly an excellent choice. We tried several pizzas, each one better than the last. I especially recommend the special Sentimento pizza. We can't wait to go back!

We came from Puglia to try Uncle Paolo's highly acclaimed pizza. You know Tiffany for its exquisite jewels, but here the real gem is the Tiffany pizza: a perfect blend of land and sea. Highly recommended.... Trust the expert art of the pizza chef and you won't be disappointed!!!

I'm not speaking because I'm biased, being from Massafra. But I've never seen someone as genuine, polite, and respectful as Uncle Paolo. Should we talk about the pizza? The best I've ever eaten. It's truly only for #1s.
