Small restaurant in Termoli, directly managed by the owner. A very distinctive character, truly, and an excellent chef specializing in fish and local products. Comfortable seating in an air-conditioned interior and a small outdoor terrace. Clean restrooms. The table setting is simple but elegant and tidy. We ordered two "complete hot appetizers" with local fish and shellfish. The selection was excellent, and the portions were well-proportioned. All were freshly prepared and made to order. The first course for me was excellent seafood spaghetti, and for my wife, excellent ravioli filled with local fish, delicious and flavorful. Various wines are available, including quality carafes. The owner enjoys his work and is always available to share his culinary experiences and personal experiences. Everything was very relaxing and friendly. The price was fair for the quality and quantity of the food served. I recommend it, especially to those, like myself, who are staying at nearby B&Bs without having to travel to the town center.

As for a place with the AVPN certificate, it's a total flop. Service is polite and smiling, communicative through a translator. The quality of the ingredients on the pizza is average, the taste is poor as a whole. I would like to recommend it, but I can't.

Pizza and fried food are very similar to Neapolitan ones. It's easy to find many offers during the week.
