This AIC certified pizzeria makes excellent gluten-free pizzas. My wife particularly appreciated the dough. In addition to pizzas, there are also many gluten-free desserts (the chocolate cake is excellent). My pizza, a simple margherita (with gluten), was good. Friendly and fast service, ok prices. Finally, the environment is well air conditioned.

A truly fantastic place to try out unusual pizza varieties and delicious desserts. Fresh, tasty ingredients, incredibly friendly service, a great atmosphere, and everything is very straightforward. We went there twice because it's so welcoming. The food is absolutely delicious.

We were completely satisfied. Friendly and helpful service, one of the best 🍕 I've ever eaten (great pastry!), super-delicious panna cotta, and impressive value for money. We had pizza, panna cotta, delicious grappa, 75 cl of good red wine, and aqua minerale. Everything was perfect. All around, perfect :-)

Pizza buona con ampia scelta di ingredienti! Servizio rapido, anche troppo! Quantomeno nella stagione invernale dove si é piu tranquilli non mi aspettavo di cenare con pizza dolce e caffè in mezz'ora! Ottimo se si é di fretta e si vuole mangiare una buona pizza, un po' meno se si vuole passare una serata in tranquillità.

10/12/2023: Restaurant found by chance while visiting Castellammare del Golfo, it is located right overlooking the sea and a splendid village. The service staff were kind and impeccable. The menu includes traditional fish and meat dishes. We had a mixed appetizer with panelle, two first courses: fish couscous and busiate with sardines and fennel, then a mixed grill which we divided in two. They bring a freshly made, hot and fragrant focaccia bread to accompany. Finally a good bitter. Super abundant dishes and excellent prices. Really recommended.
