The fried ricotta with vegetable was amazing ! Genovese was very good, first time I’ve seen a pot and grader cover like this, very reasonable prices and friendly service in a authentic Italian neighbourhood

You can't get over it 🙂 Superlative pizzas. As per Neapolitan tradition. You can also eat an excellent Genoese as well as many side dishes and various delicacies. I've been going there since I was little. Now he has taken a room next door and is therefore larger and more comfortable. Despite the increases in raw materials, it manages to maintain low prices for the quality offered. Absolutely recommended👍

Una garanzia....ci torno ogni volta che sono a napoli per lavoro. Trattoria/pizzeria in cui gustare i veri sapori campani,quelli che sanno di vera pizza e di famiglia. Ogni volta è un tripudio di felicità! Stra consigliato. La signora ti fa sentire a casa.... Vietato mancare.

Ottima genovese abbondante con cipolle dolci ed uno spezzatino tenero,servita in una formaggi era di acciaio con un pezzetto di grana da grattugiare. Una delizia ! Per 7 € che vuoi di più? Sempre affollatissima è un ottimo posto dove pranzare o cenare,buona la pizza,ma bisogna ricordargli di non bruciarla. Ottime le fritture ed i contorni,ora ha due locali e funziona molto meglio. Consigliato,ma non c'è bisogno la conoscono tutti!!!

06/05/2025: Congratulations, a real pizza made with original recipes and good, genuine ingredients!! I recommend it to everyone, the place is very welcoming, very clean, very kind staff!!
04/03/2025: Classic Neapolitan pizzeria near the airport in a residential neighborhood. The pizza was excellent, one of the best I have ever eaten. At a competitive price and with a fast service. I didn't like the decoration of the place but I didn't think it was dirty or anything bad as other comments point out. They only have pizzas and the service could be improved, even so I would have a pizza there again without hesitation!

19/05/2025: Welcoming place, excellent staff, superlative food. The experience in this place exceeded my expectations. Pippo, the owner, makes you feel at home and always knows how to advise you the best, the staff is a plus that makes Mattozzi a warm and welcoming place. We were served by Michele, the Neapolitan friendliness and cordiality personified. We tasted dishes prepared with care and mastery, where the Neapolitan tradition merged with the goodness of what we ate.
03/05/2025: Ottima cena, siamo stati veramente bene, complimenti per il cibo e soprattutto per i due camerieri della sala di sopra di nome tutte e due Michele, sono fantastici e meravigliosi di nuovo i miei complimenti
