Teoli is an institution in Isernia, Teoli's pizza is fantastic, especially the arugula and mozzarella pizza bianca: unique, simple, inimitable!

23/02/2026: 5 out of 5 stars might be enough to describe it all, but this place deserves a deeper dive. I went for dinner with my celiac girlfriend, hoping to eat decently gluten-free, which isn't a given in Molise. To say we were satisfied would be an understatement. The staff were professional, friendly, and attentive to every need. The dishes were simply exquisite. Cleanliness and order reign supreme. The only downside is that it's not close enough to home to be able to return at least once a week. You're not just eating pizza, you're experiencing a culinary journey. Highly recommended.
