I've never done a review before, but this restaurant absolutely deserves special recognition. The location, the care in the service, the friendliness and the culinary proposals are 🔝. The flavors and quality of what is offered are rare commodities to find in the restaurant scene. On two different evenings we tasted the Marche starter with crescia (absolute number one of the starters tried around Italy), pappardelle with wild boar, duck ragù, truffle, roasted rabbit, all of excellent quality and with a unique flavour, rare! A mention also for the waiters, prepared, available and truly attentive to the customer's needs. We went into the kitchen to compliment Claudia and her husband Diego (who let us taste honey so fresh that it was still in the hive), because they fully deserve it! Well done, very good and congratulations 👏🏻!!!

Farmhouse that offers typical dishes of the Marche cuisine with excellent quality ingredients. We had the opportunity to taste some delicious dishes following the waitress's advice to try the starter with ten very generous tastings. We could have stopped here, but we tasted two second courses that were also homemade and very good. Beautiful view of the lake. Very good value for money and very friendly staff.

My review is about the restaurant because we did not stay in the B&B. Having ended up here almost by chance, recommended by a barista from Cingoli where we had had a coffee, 5 of us arrive (we called beforehand to book) so made up of 4 adults and a 2 year old child. The owner and her employees welcome us with a warm smile and the first question she asks us is "have you ever been here? Do you know how it works?" Marvelous. We let ourselves be guided and had their fantastic appetizer made of crescia (excellent), cured meats, roasted cheeses, vegetables. Fantastic. My husband chose to have the barbecued lamb and was thrilled with how good it was. Our puppy received tagliatelle with wild boar ragù (arrived first of all so that he could eat it with us) which he literally devoured. The desserts are also very good. All the staff were wonderful both with us and with our baby, making us feel at home. We liked it so much that we went back today and tried the ravioli with black truffle, magnificent and this time our child devoured the duck ragout.... Super recommended

You pay too much and eat little

We dined outdoors overlooking the Sibillini. Every dish of the "Smeraldo" starter is excellent: a symphony of well-balanced flavours. Excellent service and price. We were very satisfied.

Family dinner on the Smeraldo terrace, fresh air and good food delighted us in the evening. Innovative but also highly traditional dishes to delight our palates. Fast and very kind service. Great hospitality
