We had a divine lunch. Everything was excellent, very high quality, perfect service. I will definitely come back.

Stunning place with a magnificent view, we only ate in the restaurant without using the rooms. Unique welcome, you feel like family, the place is very nice, but above all the dishes are all truly unique and excellent! We booked for New Year's Eve, it will definitely be a beautiful evening.

Restaurant review. Returning from an intense day, I discovered the presence of the remains of a medieval castle on the shelter of Lake Cingoli, and decided to make a stop out of curiosity. Arriving up, in addition to a fairy-tale view, I found a lit brazier and, given the pressing cold at dusk, I stayed for a long time warming myself near that fire. Shortly after, the owners of the restaurant to which that brazier belonged, seeing me there, offered me a few pieces of their typical crescia. That afternoon warmed my heart. Unfortunately, due to work commitments, I had to return that evening, but I decided to return for dinner the next day. Never was a more right choice. Of the three days spent in the Marche, it is at Lo Smeraldo that I found the best authentic flavors of the Marche. I was pampered from starter to dessert by the very attentive staff. After a small welcome with tomato focaccia, this is my menu: crescia starter with raw ham aged for 24 months with an extraordinary flavour; the typical rabbit in porchetta, cooked on that same brazier, with the most tender meat I have ever tasted, served with its stock which looked more like honey than a stock: I soaked the crescia in it until the last drop; side vegetables; lastly, a babamisu that I would have eaten ten more. In the end they also offered me some roasted chestnuts, which I politely refused as they didn't suit my tastes. I have rarely eaten so well in a restaurant, and the idea of ​​living so far from it almost makes me sad. Surely, every time I pass through there, I know for sure where I will go to eat.

Splendid location on the lake, pleasant restaurant with a menu that allows many tastings with products that are always top quality. The homemade focaccias are excellent.

We stayed for three days and tried both the rooms and the restaurant and I can say that everything was perfect! Quality food and clean rooms, plus the owners are very kind! ADVISED!
