Excellent fish tasting in a comfortable environment, in a wonderful position above the lake

We went to the Bed & Breakfast Lo Smeraldo Restaurant in Cingoli (MC) for a family Sunday, and I can say with certainty that it was a very pleasant gastronomic experience. The typical Marche crescia was simply the best I have ever tasted: fragrant, tasty, perfect to accompany with cured meats, also of excellent quality. I highly recommend taking the complete appetizer: it is very rich, with many different courses, all tasty and prepared with fresh and genuine ingredients. The first courses and meat are no exception: authentic flavors and generous portions. The service was impeccable, with friendly and helpful staff, and the welcome made us feel at home right away. Average prices, more than justified by the quality of the food and the welcoming atmosphere. In conclusion, a perfect family Sunday in a place we will definitely return to.

Starters tasting menu, wonderful

Wanting to express an evaluation exclusively on the restaurant, we must balance some pros and cons: excellent dishes (superb tagliatelle with duck ragù), but also a little too much confusion in the room and a service that is not always appreciable.

A quantity of very good appetizers... The ravioli too. Everything very good and the lady very kind. To return. A spectacular view of the lake and a very small but fairytale village.

It is my favorite restaurant in the entire Marche hinterland. In my opinion, the best crescia I have ever eaten in my entire life. The complete appetizer is a plentiful or over-plentiful meal (depending on your stomach capacity), very tasty, unique and of great quality. The professionalism, smile and helpfulness of the staff are unquestionable. The place is nice, easy to reach and behind the restaurant there is a beautiful view of Lake Cingoli. The cold cuts are of the highest quality, a wide selection of wines both from the Marche and elsewhere. The desserts are very good (Babbamisù is excellent but the maritozzo is remarkable). If they ask me for a place where I eat well every time I go there and I leave very satisfied, it is precisely this one. Book well in advance. It is very difficult to find a place on Saturdays and Sundays (and this alone is an Oscar for cooking).
