17/08/2025: We stopped by chance in the center of Otranto. We had delicious orecchiette, fried calamari, paccheri with octopus ragù, and an excellent thin-crust, light Margherita pizza. It wasn't expensive. The waitress should smile a little more. Service was quick, though.
