Tutto bene per qualità, menù ricco e sfizioso, cordialità del titolare....unico neo (non trascurabile) sull'attesa che lascia molto a desiderare!

We ate excellent pizza. The managers were very kind, there were 11 of us without a reservation, they added a table for us and served us very well. I highly recommend.

We passed through Colledara for tourism and found this pizzeria by chance. It was a pleasant surprise: delicious pizza, perfect dough and cooking, top quality ingredients, impeccable service and location. If I pass by Colledara I will definitely return.

What a pleasant discovery! The Le Delizie del Sud pizzeria is a pearl set at the foot of the Gran Sasso ❤️ in Colledara! My husband and I stayed here on a midsummer Saturday and I must say we had a wonderful time! The pizza 🍕 is delicious! We chose pizza alla gricia and pizza with mussels and pecorino! They are an explosion of taste! To conclude with a flourish, the panna cotta 🍮 as a dessert is superb (it is homemade by Mr. Enzo's wife!) and then what can I say... the kindness and joviality of the hosts are the point strength of this charming, informal place with great attention to detail! We were in this restaurant for the first time, we ate the pizza, really very good, a pizza that I have never eaten in my life, the light dough, soft but crunchy at the right point, highly digestible, it is not only the 'the dough that conquers but the proportion of how they are seasoned, very, very well, it is right that the ingredients fall on the plate, it means that the pizza is seasoned well. Also taken were the mountain pancakes, delicious, exquisite, very original. Then we had dessert, panna cotta with berry sauce, delicious, balanced, homemade, compliments to the author! All with a bill that I would never have expected, truly excellent value for money. It's a shame we can't go back but I will definitely be back more than once next year! Highly recommended! Thanks to the owner and the staff who work there, very friendly, very kind, truly worthy people who should be praised for their work, a great job, those who work like this in catering deserve only great respect. Pizza buonissima, impasto digeribile, perfettamente condita.. la salsiccia e peperoni spaziale.. unico appunto, avrei preferito la crosta più croccante, ma è un gusto strettamente personale.. che dire, bravi🔝🔝🔝 torneremo sicuramente 😉
