Yesterday, after a short tour in the village of Francavilla, we came across this wonderful pizzeria, where without great expectations we ordered some pucce, which turned out to be very good, not at all banal like the classic "birds and chips" with fresh, well-cooked ingredients. and rich in seasoning, the very kind and friendly staff... all enjoyed on a very welcoming terrace. I highly recommend this place to everyone We will return, on our next holiday in Puglia 😉

A truly good pizzeria where you can eat a non-round pizza like in all other pizzerias. Very digestible and truly very tasty. Very kind and friendly staff

Nice pizzeria. We sat upstairs on the open veranda with a view that looked like a movie set. Excellent service and great pizza.

I'm Neapolitan, last night we went to this pizzeria, who said that only in Naples do you eat excellent pizza? We ate and enjoyed a fantastic pizza, the guys were very kind and friendly, I recommend it to everyone 🌈❤️

12/08/2024: We knew about Fordism and Toyotism, but this afternoon I discovered the Italian work organization: 4 waiters in a room where everyone tells the other what they have to do... and I I thought I would never see my coffee arrive! Note that the room is extremely noisy because it is poorly soundproofed. More than 90 decibels on average with peaks at 95, even the WHO recommends earplugs at this level. Fortunately we eat well there. The assortment of fries was excellent. A downside all the same for the Burrata Caprese where I expected to taste much riper tomatoes in Italy.
