We were in Alba for a week and ate in 4 different restaurants and we must conclude that this one was the best of them. The veal in the vitello tonnato was perfectly coked rose and the sauce very tasty. Both the vegetarian gnocchi and the ravioli with meat and red wine sauce were excellent and the veal cheek tender with a very powerful sauce. Staff very friendly, prices average.

Central location behind the Alba cathedral, few paid parking lots, convenient for those on foot, a place with outdoor tables, covered terrace, classic interior. I had dinner with a colleague of mine at this restaurant in Alba. Beautiful environment. Excellent food plated with care. The starters were superb, the first course plentiful and tasty. The extraordinary bunet. The young but very professional and always smiling waiter Giacomo recommended an excellent glass of wine to us.

A little corner of culinary paradise Dining here was one of the best gastronomic experiences in recent times. Dishes prepared with care and passion, everything was perfect. We tried the purple potato gnocchi and the risotto de la Granda: both delicious. The wine recommended by the staff enhanced every flavour. Highly recommended for those who love authentic, quality cuisine.

Pizza: Top-quality ingredients, flavors that blend perfectly together while maintaining their own identity, bite after bite until the end, and when the plate is empty... well, you'll want more. Even the dough remains light and acts as a binder for all the toppings. In short, every time it's a journey of flavor. The staff is courteous and attentive, making you feel "pampered," which is no small feat these days. And the desserts... 5 well-deserved stars. P.S. If you're used to the same old "plastic" pizza that makes you feel full, don't come. If, however, you really want to try something different that your palate deserves, come and try it 😉
